2. Props and Mayhem

An hour finally drags by and the boys are done. Austin walks toward me and I hand him his phone.

"Can you hear them? That's crazy! They are just talking and it's so loud. I now understand what it's like from the other side." He laughs and a smile creeps on to his face.

"Yeah it's pretty cool actually, it gets me pumped to play. Just wait until the gates open, it's chaos."

"Sweeet! Oh and thanks to you I can't go on my twitter or Instagram!" I say to him placing my hand on my hip to be more dramatic.

"You're welcome." He replies with a devilish grin on his face.

"The gates are about to open soon so I gotta go. Wcar goes on first then us. After our set I'll throw you a water."

"Sounds good! I'll be right here, or close to here." Austin waves bye as he disappears from my view. The roar of the line increases as people start to flood in. Abbey and I stand right in the middle up against the barrier and hold onto it as people start to engulf us. It's a good thing we used the restroom during sound check, or we would never be able to get out and back in. As the pit fills up Abbey and I were still holding on to the barrier so people couldn't push us out of the way. About 25 minutes later Wcar comes out on stage and we go nuts. I was jumping up and down and singing my heart out. You know when you just get the feeling that when someone staring at you? That's what I'm feeling right now. I look around until my eyes land on Austin, who's side stage laughing at me. I check my phone and sure enough I have a text from a random number, that could only be Austin.

Austin: You look so cute when you're having fun. I look back up at him and smile wide, then all the fangirls erupt with sound.

"OH MY GOD THERE'S AUSTIN CARLILE!" And so much more. My personal favorite was "Austin penetrate me". I got a laugh out of that one. Austin disappears and they all quite down. I laugh because they have no clue that I've spent the entire day with him. He's just a normal guy that we all idolize.

Wcar finishes their set and they put on a kickass show. I manage to not get hit by a crowd surfer, which is an accomplishment. They begin to take down Wcar's banner and put up Om&m's and everyone was pushing and shoving to get up front. I have a death grip on the barrier as some chick tries to shove her way past me, no one was getting this spot. I shove her back then she gets shoved back into me. I turn around and yell.

"I want to see Of Mice & Men just as bad as you so knock it the fuck off!" She sneers at me then shoves through the crowd to the left side of the stage. Abbey just looks at me and laughs. "Ain't no bitch taking our spot!" I yell and she laughs again. I notice her hands were shaking uncontrollably.

"Holly." By the way she was acting I knew what was wrong. Abbey is diabetic, she felt low and didn't have a something with sugar to bring up her blood sugar, so I text Austin and tell him to grab a regular coke for Abbey and I see Alan sprinting backstage then come running out with a coke in hand and hands it to Abbey. She must have told him about her diabetes. Now let me tell you, as soon as he hands her it, people shove into us trying to touch Alan. I turn around once again.

"Back the fuck up! She's diabetic and she needs some room! Fucking respect her Jesus fuck! Just because Alan's right there doesn't mean you can fucking charge us." I get a lot of dirty looks and they back up.

"Thanks Alan, and thank you Holly." Abbey says before taking a chug from the coke. Alan smiles at us and runs backstage. I hear a girl behind us call me a bitch. I turn sideways to face Abbey.

"Oh Abbey I guess I'm a bitch because I care about my best friends health." I say loud enough for the girl to hear.

"I guess so." Abbey says back laughing. I know I could be a bitch, I was usually nice, but she was rude to me first. I always respect the people of the fandom until you disrespect me.

"You're not even a true fan of any of these bands." She says to me in a smartass tone. I feel myself boil with rage and this time I turn to face her, she was only a 14 year old girl back talking a 20 year old.

"Maybe you should ask Austin that. I've spent the whole day with him, I bet he'd love it hear that. Now listen; I've listened to these bands since I was 15, your age, and they have helped me cope. Today was the first day in 5 years that I finally got to meet them. Don't you dare tell me I'm not a true fan. Now enjoy the show." And with that I turn around as the stage lights start to dim.

Show time.

Tino comes out first, followed by Aaron and Phil, then Alan and last but not least, Austin. When he comes out you can see how happy he is to be standing in front of the crowd. He looks down at Abbey and I and flashes a smile before they open with 'West Bound & Down'. The next song was 'The Flood'. After that it was 'The Storm' Austin looks so pissed off up there, but I would be too if my ex fiancé cheated on me.

Abbey and I went hard, jumping up and down, head banging and screaming along with him (obviously it wasn't that good) but we didn't care. Next was 'OG Loko'. At the end of the song Alan throws his pick and I caught it, me and Abbey look at each other like we were the original gangsters, but the guy beside me was upset that he didn't catch it, so I gave it to him. His face lights up and he gives me a big hug. Alan winks at us and a wall of screams arose from behind us. Austin takes a break to get a drink of water and to talk to the crowd.

"I hope you guys are having a great fucking time like I am!" Everyone screams in response.

"Aha, you guys are fucking awesome! Right Aaron?"

"Fuck yeah!" More screams.

"Alright the next song is a little song I like to call Product of a Murderer."

I look at Abbey and shriek, I don't even care how hard I'm fangirling. Product of a Murderer is my favorite song. They play 3 more songs before Austin has us all quiet down.

"This song is going to be our last song and its going to be epic. Now I need every single one of you to sing along with Aaron, but before that everyone get on one knee." Austin and the boys got on one knee and so did Abbey and I. A minute later the whole crowd was all one knee. A moment of silence fell over us as Austin spoke about losing friends or family.

"This song is called Second and Sebring." He finishes and the boys start to play. As Austin starts to scream we all stand up and start to jump with him. The song was powerful and intense and just like that, it was over.

"Thank you guys so much! I love you all!" The boys throw the rest of their guitar picks and Tino throws his sticks. Austin throws me a water like he promised me earlier and I open it. I down the cool refreshing water, I was so dehydrated and pass it to Abbey and other thirsty people. I was going to text Austin but I figure I'd wait until I get to see him to tell him how good they were. I got a lot of really good pictures of him and the boys, and a few funny faces as well. I was definitely posting those later.

"Now we wait again." I say bouncing on my aching feet, looking at my background that was me and Matt, because he is so gorgeous. We are drenched in sweat and the security guards were spraying us with water. You could see the steam come off everyone in the pit. My leggings were pretty much glued to my legs as gross as that is. A half hour rolls by and Bmth was taking the stage and I completely lost it and began to scream. I got a great picture of Oli bent over screaming into the mic, it looked so professional. Austin texts me as I was about to take a picture of Matt.

Austin: When everyone is gone come back to the buses, don't let anyone follow you and Abbey back. Enjoy the rest of the show:)

I go back to my camera and get a picture of Matt. Bmth's set was fucking amazing. The girl beside us caught one of Matt's autographed drum sticks and I fangirled so hard for her.

I've actually never seen any of these bands live before that I talked about in this chapter, I plan to though! I've only seen The Wonder Years, All Time Low, Pierce The Veil & A Day To Remember, that was all this year cause of House Party Tour.
