   Kyungsoo turned off the water, staying in the same spot for a few moments before opening the shower door and stepping out, grabbing a large, fluffy towel and wrapping it around her body. She had needed to wash up after her son, Haneul, had vomited on her earlier, the seven month old not taking well to the formula feed she had recently swapped to using for him. Luckily her hair had been tied up, meaning she didn't have to wash it for the second time that day; one small blessing which she was extremely grateful for.

   Haneul was sleeping now, and Kyungsoo had taken the time to enjoy her shower, instead of just rushing to get clean as she had been doing for so long, and had even managed to properly shave her legs, another thing she hadn't done in a long time; something which was always covered up during the day by her sweat pants, and at night by the pyjama pants she slept in, too self conscious about her post pregnancy body to wear the nighties she had always felt so sexy in pre-pregnancy. She smiled to herself, thinking of the way her husband's gaze would turn lustful whenever he saw her wearing nothing but a lacy pair of underwear, paired with a matching nightie, most of which were made of a sheer material, and hadn't left much of her lithe body to the imagination.

   Kyungsoo's smile dropped, however, when her eyes landed on the thing that had become her worst enemy in the past months; the weighing scale. She bit her bottom lip nervously, stepping closer to the scales, and then taking another step back, too afraid to check her own weight, afraid to know what number would present itself if she stepped onto the flat, innocent looking object, afraid that it would be higher than she expected, and afraid that it would only add to the self consciousness that had taken over her mind since the day her pregnancy bump first became visible.

   She shook herself mentally, and then physically, telling herself that it can't be that bad, right? Baekhee and I have been working out, and I know I lost at least most of the pregnancy weight... I should stop being stupid, it's just a number, Jongin loves me, it's just a number. She took a deep breath, then exhaled slowly, and stepped onto the scales, watching the numbers rise, then covering her eyes with her hands, not wanting to watch the numbers rising past her pre-pregnancy weight.

   When she was sure the numbers had stopped going up, Kyungsoo peeked out from between her fingers, then removed her hands, plump lips forming an 'o' shape as she mentally calculated the difference between her current weight and her weight before she had gotten pregnant, realising the numbers weren't that different, and a small smile graced her lips.

   Filled with a new confidence, Kyungsoo turned towards the bathroom mirror, stepping directly in front of the glass, and doing yet another thing she hadn't done in what felt like a long time; she let the towel drop, and looked at her naked reflection. Not bad, she thought, small hands skimming over her own stomach, a little softer here than before, but close, god I look so much better than I thought I would. She cupped her breasts, feeling their weight, looking upwards as she compared the feel to what she was used to; a little heavier, I think- pregnancy does have its perks, after all.
