  It was one of the days where Kyungsoo stood up till late to study for his exam, he didn’t like studying during the usual days so it’d pile up on him.

 He sat on the bench of the schools field after the school had ended and instead of going home to rest, he sat there munching on a cookie while watching.

 Watching Jongin play football, practicing after school for the homecoming since he was the star quarterback.

Jongin was handsome, tall with sun-kissed skin and full lips, he was every ones favorite. Of course he would be, who wouldn’t like someone like him. If we put his looks aside, Jongin was literally a sweet heart. Unlike other hot guys like him, he was really kind with everyone. He didn’t like making fun of people nor liked it when other people did. He was the first one to receive an accidental punch while trying to protect someone from getting bullied.

 But.

There was a thing that gave Kyungsoo a hope but at the same time made him feel hopeless. It was that Jongin was openly gay. It started two years ago when they were freshmen at high school, Jongin’s friends asked why wouldn’t he go out and get some chicks and he simply shrugged and said “I’m into guys.” at first they thought it was a joke, but knowing Jongin, he didn’t like making jokes about other people, so they had to take it seriously.

 The first reaction was people making a scandal out of it and girls making a big fuss over it since it meant that he was no longer ‘Available’ but then they had - just like everyone else- accept that fact.

   It had been a year since Jongin broke up with his Ex-boyfriend Luhan, nobody exactly knows why they broke up but all they did know was that they did it for good, so it wasn’t like one of them cheated on the other or something. Luhan is currently in a relationship with yet another one of the hottest guys at school, Sehun who was one year younger than him but no one could tell from a first sight, Cause Sehun was tall with a big figure and a manly.

   Kyungsoo felt his eyelids suddenly starting to slowly slip down, covering his pupils. He was tired and sleepy and except for the players yelling and shouting, it was silent. He laid on his side with his arm crossed under his head, using it as a pillow while his legs were bent, it was a little bit chilly and his sweater didn’t seem to be enough to make him warm, shivers ran along his skin but it didn’t stop him from closing his eyes, falling for a light sleep.

   Kyungsoo couldn’t tell if he was dreaming or he just actually woke up to this, he’d dreamt of this way too many times that right now he’s doubting the reality behind it. We all know that those stupid movies and stories about girls falling for the most hansome guy of the school and ending up with them didn’t happen in real life, right?

   Or did it?

“Umm” it was all what Jongin said, after he backed an inch or two away from kyungsoo’s face. kyungsoo didn’t respond, nor he moved. He was still trying to comprehend how he ended up waking up to a soft pair of lips on his own. And didn’t belong to just anyone, it belonged to the guy he liked for two years now.

Jongin was still wearing his football uniform, holding his helmet in his hand while crouching in front of Kyungsoo. He was sweaty-making him somehow look even more attractive- he had dirt and some smashed grass all over him but apparently he managed to clean around his mouth and some of his face, probably by splashing water on his face.

Kyungsoo opened his eyes to see Jongin smiling with his eyes closed, but that smile didn’t last long as he opened his eyes to realize that he got caught red-handed. Instead he just looked at the person in front of him with wide open eyes, lips parted a little while he seemed to forget how to breathe.
