Handsome men are not to be trusted.

This thought reverberated through Kyungsoo’s mind as he laid his gaze upon a man, one who was completely nude. In the middle of the room on a pedestal, a model posed while surrounded by easels. Kyungsoo peeked from behind his sketchbook at the man. The model held a cloth over his private area but was otherwise bare. His taught, tan skin demanded attention and his sharpened features did not take any back seats either. The art student ducked back to his charcoal when he caught the eyes of the model. It was a close call, a second longer and he would have broken out into a sweat.

Kyungsoo was in his first year of art school, in life drawing class to be specific. He knew there would be models in states of undress but had not expected full nude from the start. Well, he supposed the cloth made it semi-nude. Although part of him wished there was no modesty cloth that blocked the full view but his better judgment was grateful. He looked over to his classmates, many of which were women, and noticed the blush across their faces as well. At least they don’t have to worry about making a scene, Kyungsoo thought while he commanded his lower half to behave.

The worst part was that the model was entirely too aware of the fact he caused such a reaction from the class. Normally models would assume stoic expressions as they pose but this model wore a smirk. He knows, the art student groaned internally, this is why handsome men are horrible. All good looking men are like that – so arrogant it makes one regret how aroused they are. There he was just posed, being a muse, with his lithe body, pouty lips, broad shoulders, flat stomach – Kyungsoo lost track of his thoughts for a moment, what was he thinking about? Oh yeah, annoying men, that’s it.

He shook his head as if to free his mind of the model. He returned to his work and continued sketching the man. Once the session was over his thoughts would belong to him again. It pained him to admit but the nude man brought out his talent. Drawing beautiful people was what Kyungsoo liked most in his art, it’s what he excelled at. Before long he sketched multiple poses each with decent anatomy, he was proud to say. The teacher announced that they would be taking their midpoint break.

Kyungsoo busied his hands in refining his sketches but kept his peripheral locked onto the handsome man. The model sauntered off to the side and pulled on his robe again. With the man covered the art student feels he can at least be in control of his carnal desires. Yet, as the model gulped down the contents of a water bottle Kyungsoo couldn’t help but stare as the man’s throat bobbed. Focus, he urged himself, just work on improving.

During breaks, Kyungsoo liked to toe around and look over his classmates' work to see if there was anything to be learned. He didn’t like to be cocky, not like handsome men, but he felt confident upon deeming his work to be the best in class that day. Realistically, his talent was a bit laughable considering that it hails from drawing guys in his notebook as a hormonal teenager. As much as he might curse good looking men it was no secret to anyone that knew the art student that they were his weakness. Like a true artist, he loved a good muse, even if he wouldn’t confess to it.

Sat back down at his easel he sharpened his charcoal pencil in preparation for the second half of the session. Before he can settle in he felt something come to rest on his shoulder. In a reflex, he looked behind to find a handsome man leaned close to him. A gasp died in his throat, his composure forcing it back down.
