Message

Emmas maths got better with every week. On her test last week she even got a D. She cheated a little bit but as long as her teacher didn't saw it everything was fine.

One Wednesday evening she went home from Rubys and thought about her girlfriend again. She barley saw her this week. The only time they saw each other was in class when everyone else was around.

As Emma got home she wanted to write a message to her but Mary Magaret and David stopped her. They talked to her for what seemed like an eternity. As they finally stopped talking, Emma ran up the stairs and lay on her bed. She started to write a message.

5.19 pm

E: Hello, Regina. 

After a few minutes her phone vibrated and she looked at it.

5:28 pm

R: Hello, dear. What's up?

Emma smiled and replied

5:29 pm

E: Nothing much. Just missing you! How was your day?

Her phone was silent for some time and Emma thought she may annoyed her teacher when finally her phone vibrated.

5:57pm

R: I am sorry it took me so long to reply. I still have to teach a class. It was fine, dear. How was yours?

5:57pm

E: Oh. I am sorry. I didn't intend to interrupt your lessons again. ;)

Regina replied immediately

5:58 pm

R: Well then I may have to punish you later, dear... ;) xoxo

Emma read the text again and again. Her heart began to beat fast and she couldn't tear her eyes away from the message. What did she mean? It sounded so ambiguous. Did she really mean THAT? Emma blushed hard. She continued thinking about the message as she drifted off to sleep.

She woke up on the next morning at 7am. She slept in again. She jumped and ran into the bathroom. Emma put her hair up in a messy bun and brushed her teeth before she ran into her bedroom again. She put on some ripped jeans and a white loose shirt with cutouts at the shoulders before she took her bag and ran out the house.

It was one minute before the bell rung as Emma stormed into the classroom. She sat down at the same moment as the bell rung. Emma catched her breath as she looked up to the brunet which just started her lesson. She looked so tired and sad. She had eye bags which she tried to cover with her makeup but Emma could see that something was wrong.

She started to worry as Ruby whispered to her:" Hey Em. Where have you been? I waited for you till 7.20."

"Sorry Rubs, I slept in again. I woke up at 7am." She answered with her thoughts at the brunet.

After class Emma wanted to stay because she had to know what was going on with the brunet but Her friends pulled her with them because of that new lunch food they discovered yesterday. Emma tried to go back to the brunet the whole break but it didn't work.
