The Talk

Okay, so thats kinda the weirdest chapter I've ever written! I don't know what I thought about while doing so but here it is. 😅👋

Emmas last period stopped two hours before Reginas did, so the girl walked home. She entered the house half an hour later and decided to cook something.

As she entered the kitchen and looked into the fridge, she remembered that she sucked at cooking. So the blonde went to the living room and sat down on the couch.

She took out her phone and scrolled through instagram. A few moments later her tummy started to growl.

"Gina is coming home soon and then we can eat." She told her tummy and started to rub it. As it growled again, the blonde groaned and stood up. She went into the kitchen again.

The blonde impatiently leaned against the windowsill. It was a beautiful day. The sun was shining and the first flowers started to bloom.

That was when the blonde realized, that she had never been in Reginas garden before.

Her tummy growled again and she decided that Regina and her could eat outside today. The student looked around and noticed the bowl full of fruits. She decided to make a fruit salat. At least she could not burn down the house by doing so.

So she started cutting grapes, bananas, kiwis and apples. Just as she started cutting the last apple, she heard something. She stopped dead in track and listened. Her heart began to pound fast and she turned around. But she did not see anyone. Thinking her ears tricked her, she turned back around and continued cutting her apples.

A few moments later something touched her arm and the blonde jumped and a scream escaped her mouth. The knife pressed into the skin of Emmas finger and cut her.

"Oh my god, Emma. It's just me" the familiar voice of Emmas favorite teacher chuckled.

Emma released a breath:"Fuck, Gina... Stop scaring me!"

"Watch your language!" The brunette corrected. Then she saw Emmas finger.

The blood ran down and tripped onto the cutting board. It mixed with the bloody color of the apple.

"Emma! Your finger!" The teacher exclaimed. Emma, who didn't noticed the big cut thanks to the adrenaline in her blood, looked at it surprised.

"It's okay, I don't even feel it." She than said.

Regina immediately grabbed the finger and pressed against the vain.

"Sit down!" she commanded.

"Gina, I am okay. Really!"

But Regina did not listen. She took Emmas hand and pulled her to a stool.

"Sit!"

Emma did as told because she saw that it was pointless to resist.

"Ok now press down here." Regina ordered.

Than Regina disappeared in the bathroom. A few seconds later, she came back with a first aid kit.

"Okay. Let me have a look." Regina kneeled down in front of her girlfriend and inspected the wound, which still bleed a little.

The brunette sprayed something on the wound and Emma sucked in the air and groaned.

"I am sorry. I should have warned you. It's just disinfection spray. It will stop stinging in a few moments." Regina gently explained while pressing something against the wound to stop the bleeding and putting a sticking plaster around it.
