Dear Teachers, friends and professors.
Please stop acting like you know everything. Please stop pretending you know everything. Please stop acting above us; students, children and friends.
Let me tell you, you don't know everything and if you gave us a chance to speak, a chance to explain ourselves and just listen and see things from our perspective maybe you could make your point. Stop cutting us off, stop telling us our thoughts and way of thinking and are stupid because quite frankly; if you took the time to listen to our experiences and how we came to our own conclusions then maybe you would understand.
I am personally exhausted of your unnecessary worry. Give me a chance to explain why. But no, you shut me down. "This is inappropriate," you say. It is not inappropriate, it is your poor understanding, believing and eating up every word society dictates to you without a second thought. Try an think once, why I came to this conclusion. You didn't give me a chance, your instincts told you to report me to the principal and school board. Hear me out. But you didn't. You sent me out of your classroom, you shut down my ideas and you didn't even look properly to see what I was writing about.
Not everything will go your way, understand that you can't stop me from thinking. You can't stop me from projecting my ideas. Someone else will think them, someone else will ask why. And perhaps the day you decide to listen, you were too late to see the bright, blooming change of the new world.
