Chapter 12 heavenly smile (Lydia's POV)

"All my fault!" He curses at himself. Mitch takes Jerome outside to calm down. As they left to calm down, the doctor comes in. "Welcome back!" He says sarcastically. "Anywase, Sarah has a concussion and a couple ribs are broken. We gave her surgery for the rib cage so she's just a little sore." He explains to us, "but she's ok though right?" I ask concerned. "She will be good as new!" he walks about of the room and I step closer to sarah. "oh sarah." A teardrop of mine falls onto her little pale cheek. Then sky comes up to her as well and starts to stroke her blonde hair, as he does that her head moves and she moans. I perk up and step back to let her breathe. "oh god not again." she moans. I gave her a great big smile and hugged her around her neck. "YOUR ALIVE!!!" sky

screams putting his hands on his head."i will go get Mitch and fluffy." Jason insists. as he walks out of the room I see a cold shadow back by the chair, I glare and see it's Britney. wow she's quiet for once. "Aren't you gonna say something?" I ask her. she didn't say a word she just left the room.. gosh.. "harsh." Ian says when she slams the door behind her. "I thought we were friends?" sarah chokes. "you and jerome? you guys are friends!" I points out. damn it I should my of said that, it makes it sound like she just got Friend zoned..

Sarah stares at me with a blank face then Jerome and Mitch walk in. "Sarah I'm-" Jerome reaches over to touch her shoulder but before he looks into her deep blue eyes, which are filled with water. "Sarah." He says for the second time. "Just please don't." She chokes. Me and Mitch look at each other and grin, he looks back over at Jerome and so do I. "Was this the surprise you were talking about?!" Her voice starts to raise. "No it was-" "don't even tell me." She turns her head and looks out the window. Quentin grabs Ty's, sky's, and Ian and the leave the room. It all of a sudden got real quiet since they left. I watch Jerome walk over to the seat and watch him sit, he looks really stressed..

"How about we watch something on tv!" Mitch breaks the quietness and grabs the remote and turns on the little tv, "oh look South Park is on! Jerome you love South Park!" Mitch tries to perk up Jerome. "Sarah you love South Park as well!" I add in. Jerome and sarah perk there heads up and we start to watch South Park together.

Couple minutes past and Ian walks in, "hey Jerome! Guess what I got you!!! Chocolate milk!" He hands hands Jerome his chocolate milk, Jerome looks up at Ian and smiles and drinks the chocolate milk. "The hospital sure does have great chocolate milk!" He point out. Of course sky Comes in with his underwear on his head... Only him... I'm going to guess he did that to make sarah smile because he sure did make her smile! Soon enough sky went back into the bathroom to put on his underwear again and when he came out the nurse comes walking in to give sarah some pain medicine, Quentin asks the nurse if she Can take a picture of all of us for Instagram. Sarah scooted her butt over for I could sit by her and Jerome stood on one side of the bed while Mitch stood by the other and Ty stood with sky of course and Quentin crouched on the ground to make room for Ian and Jason In the picture. "Ok guys one, two, three!" She clicks Quentin's camera and hands it back to him, he says thanks and sends the pic to everyone and posts it on twitter and Instagram. The second he posts it Sarah's phone started to vibrate like crazy! "Can you turn that off." Sarah rolls her eyes, I nod my head and turn it off. "Lydia wanna go downstairs to the arcade?" Mitch and Ty ask me. I look back over at sarah and she's pasted out due to all the drugs she's on. I nod my head and smile and make my to the elevator with them. "Do you two know what that surprise is?" I ask the two boys. "I have no idea." Mitch answers. I look at Ty and he just shrugs his shoulders "I just got here."

As we make our way downstairs to the main floor I wasn't paying attention to what anybody was saying but Mitch grabs my waist and pulls me closer to him, I look at him and look back were I was standing and four people were pushing a bed with a person bleeding half to death in it, I put my hands on my mouth in shock and look at Mitch, Mitch was just looking at the ground... This is why I hate being in the hospital..

It was a long journey but we finally got into the arcade room, I look around and hear a faint voice scream star, I feel someone tugging at my shirt and I look down, it's a little boy about 7 years old! He's in a hospital gown and hes bald, poor little boy he must have some kind of cancer. "Your star! Starburst!" The little boy cheers on. Soon enough his mom walks over. "I'm sorry is he bugging you? Liam leave this young lady alone." His mom grabs his hand and starts to pull him. "Oh no it's fine!" I say. "Mommy it's star! The one I watch minecraft videos of!" He pulls his hand out of his moms. "Star? Your the one who paid for Liam's cancer treatment! And so did your friend also!" She points out. "Haha yes me and fishy did!" I cheer. "Why are you here at the hospital?" She asks concerned. "Oh fishy or I should say sarah got into a accident.." "Oh no what happened!" I look back at Mitch and Ty for help, "oh well she's ummm." Mitch scratches his head, "got hit by a car!" Ty finishes the the sentence. Liam and his moms jaws drop. "She's ok though!" Ty adds on. "She broke some ribs and got a concision." Mitch rolls his eyes. "Oh my gosh!" Liam's mom screams. "She's asleep right now.. But she may come down here for dinner." Mitch says again. "I wanna meet her!" Liam cheers on. "Team crafted is here also as you can see." Mitch says kneeing down to Liam. "Yay!! I wanna meet them!!" After awhile they finally went back to there room and we promised to meet them down in the cafeteria for dinner. Mitch and I start to play air hockey and of course he wins.. We play a couple more games and head back to Sarah's room to see of everyone's back. I see Britney in the hallway and I walk up to her.

"Is sarah still mad at me?" She asks nervously. "Hmm let me think, you said that you loved the boy that she ever trusted and not only you did that you also kissed him.." I cross me arms. "First off like I new she liked him! Second off they forced me to kiss him! Third off she can deal with me liking him!" Ooo she just got me mad. "Britney! Stop being a douche! Jerome Saved her life remember!" I scream. Soon enough people start to stare at us. "Go back to the house Britney." I say and grab Ty's and Mitch's arm and pull them away from the seen. "What was that all about?" Ty asks. "Nothing." I groan.

I get up the room and see everybody up there. "Good evening!" I say opening the door. I look around and see that sky or somebody went to mcdonalds and got sarah a milkshake and some food.. "Got me anything?" I ask sarah. "Oh Ian, Quentin, Jason and Adam went to get food ask them." Sarah takes a sip of her drink. I walk over to Quentin if he got me anything, he points at the table and I see a milkshake just for me. I walk over and pick it up.

"MY MILKSHAKE BRINGS ALL THE BOYS TO THE YARD!-" sky comes out of the bathroom singing that and twirling his shirt around. We all laugh including Jerome! As we sit and talk to each other we also play some card games and I explain to sarah how we are going to the cafeteria to meet the boy who we donated to. we was pleased to hear that she was going to meet him!

Sky and Jason help sarah out of the bed and into a wheel chair, sky rolls her into the elevator and we all manage to fit into the elevator together... which is surprising because there is a lot of us in here!

We make our way into the cafeteria and Liam realizes it's us the second we open the door, he starts to jump up and down and gets all exited. wow, who new that just these couple of people can make a little boy so happy and live. Mitch tells the story to the others about how we donated money to this boy to save his life, man were they surprised to hear that! we sit Down with him and his mom and we take a couple pictures with him and sarah says she will come down early tomorrow to play some games with him! knowing that we have to go back home and I have to check on Britney, oh dear lord.. I forgot about her.
