Chapter 16 love is in the air (Jerome's POV)

"Well..." Sarah starts to stare at me and Lydia back and forth. "Hey! How about we go on some more rides!" Lydia suggests. I sigh in relief and Jackson lets go of Sarah's hands. "Let's go on Big Thunder Mountain!" Mitch cheers. "No!" Lydia demands. "Yes." "Ya let's go on that one!" Sarah joins in. Lydia rolls her eyes and says sure. We wait in line and as I was on my phone I accidentally trip over something, I wasn't sure what but I land on sarah. "Owe!" She screeches. "Sarah you all right?!" Jackson starts to worry. "Jerome! Can you please!" Sarah is getting mad at me now, I stand up and wipe the dirt off me and lend sarah a hand, but before I can, Jackson is already helping her up. Oo I hate him! "Dude come here." Mitch whispers In my ear and pulls me out of the line for nobody can hear what he was about to say.

"You did know that Jackson tripped you right?" He looks at me In a stern way. I was and wasn't shocked, no wonder I tripped in line! I tripped over Jackson's big foot! "No." "Well he did, and I'm pretty sure your going to have a challenge, I can see how you look at sarah and I know you love her, but your not the only one who wants to date her." He starts to stare in the distance and I also look over at what he was looking at, as the sun hides behind a cloud I see who he's looking at... Jackson...

"I will help you Biggums, but you can not tell the girls OK? The rest of team crafted will help as well." He puts his cold hand on my shoulder and I nod my head. "Let's go back in line!" He runs back into the line and I follow him. As we are getting on the ride i glance over at Lydia who is flipping out. "Calm down girl!" Sarah pats her shoulder and leads her into her seat. I sit down by Mitch and I look back and see Jackson sitting by sarah. I roll my eyes and sigh. "Don't worry man, I got some soda and I will poor it on him!" Mitch pulls out the soda. "How did you get that on the ride?" I question him. "Don't ask." The ride started to start and Mitch takes off the lid.

"Do you Think we are going a little to far?" I yell over the sound of the wind. "Yes!" He yells back and throws the soda back. I look at him in shock and look back at Jackson's expression. As I turn my head I realize that he didn't throw the soda at Jackson, he threw it all over sarah. "Ah shit." He curses under his breath. I look back at sarah and she looks pissed. When the ride stopped Jackson and Lydia lead her to the bathroom.

"Jesus Christ Mitch! You could of at least look who you were throwing it at!" I yell at Mitch. "Sorry I didn't mean to." he looks down at his feet ashamed. Few minutes later Lydia and sarah come walking out of the bathroom and the both give us a dirty look. "great at this rate I will never ask her out!" I tell Mitch. "I said I'm sorry!" his voice raises and he walks away to talk to ian. I sigh and walk behind the group, I look up from my feet and see sarah laughing and holding onto Jackson, which breaks my heart I mean, they've known each other for so long but I thought she's the one! I hold in the tears and continue to walk alone.

We eventually make it back to the hotel room, man it's been a busy day. I slip out of my jeans and change into my pj pants and a shirt. "Good night Biggums." Mitch whispers from the other bed. "good night." I mutter bak at him and I slowly close my eyes and fall fast to sleep.

My dream

My eyes open and I realize that I'm back at sarah and Lydia's house, "merry christmas!" sky pats me on the shoulder. "you too!" I smile. We gather all around the Christmas tree and of course Jackson is there as well, and sitting by sarah. "ok! who wants to give who there present!?" Ian asks all of us. "Oo I will give Lydia hers!" Mitch runs out the door and comes back in with this box. he places it by Lydia and the tree and wipes off the snow. "here." he pushes it to her. she looks confused, but still opens the cardboard box. "OMG it a kitten!" he holds up a very fluffy coal colored baby kitten. "awww." everyone coos. "Thank you!" she throws her arms around Mitch and mitch had the biggest smile ever I've ever seen. "Mitch that's cute! ok who next?" "I will go!" I yell. I fish around the tree and finally find the small boxed present. I hand it over to sarah and she starts to unwrap it. "aww thanks Jerome your the best friend anybody could have!" best friend. she just called me best friend. my heart has just shattered into a million pieces. "sarah! I have one for you too!" Jackson gets up and kneels down on his knees. "will you marry me?" he asks her. "oh jackson! of course I will!" she screams in joy. "but, but I thought you loved me?" I asks confused as crap. "ha! You would think I loved you! Jerome that's funny!" she says back to me while Jackson puts on her new ring.

"Jerome! Jerome wake up!" I wake up covered in my sweat and tears. "dude, you were screaming in your sleep. You alright?" he asks concerned. luckily it was dark in the room so he couldn't see my red puffy eyes. "just a bad dream." I sniffle. "ok well I'm going back to sleep bud." he gets up and mopes back to bed. I'm hoping this dream will never happen.
