Chapter 8 (Lydia's POV) true love

I could see the look on Sarah's face and she had a look that she was embarrassed.. "sarah! that was adorable!" I point out.

Sarah's face turns as red as a tomato, but inside of her running away she smiles her biggest smile and she hugs Jerome very tightly. I'm happy to see my friend this happy.

Now that that was done with we all make our way over to the boys house to play a board game. " we gotta lot of games." Jerome's comes walking in with a lot of games. "Ooh I wanna play sorry!" Sarah claps. We all agree on playing sorry.

After awhile Mitch wins the game. "Ohh! Power moves only!" He cheers on. We all let out a laugh and I glance over to see who was coming down the stairs. It's Jason! I'm guessing he heard all the ruckus coming from the 4 of us.

"What's going on?" He asks us. "Just finishing a game." I say cleaning it up. I stand up with the game in my arms and I accidentally trip on the side of the carpet and I drop the game that I just cleaned up. "Shit." I whisper to myself. "Here let me help you." Mitch says politely. We Neal down and pick up the pieces. As I'm reaching for one of the cards so does Mitch, our fingers touch and he looks up at me and I look up at him, he smiles at me and bites his lip. My heart starts beating extremely fast. He let's go of the card and continues picking them up. "Here I will put it up." Mitch jokes around with me, as he picks it up he comes back with some water for all of us we all say thank you and we listen to some music.

Soon as we know it everyone comes down and dances with us. Quentin started 'trying' to do the worm. "Hey hey hey that's not how you do it." Mitch pushes Quentin out of the way and starts doing the worm, we all clap in amazement.

Ian is our DJ and he starts playing the Harlem Shake. "I'm gonna start the baby off." Jerome tells us. When he starts it off the word in the song DO THE HARLEM SHAKE comes on. Jerome and Mitch rip off there shirts and start to spin hem around I look over at sarah and she's in complete shock, so am I, but it's a good type of shock we burst out laughing and continue to dance.

It's now 11 o'clock at night and we are tired from all the dancing we have just done. Sarah and Jerome went up into Jerome's room and they said they were gonna watch a movie of some sort... Me and Mitch were the only ones down stairs, I'm pretty happy about that. I think I'm falling for him! Maybe? I don't know.

"So what do you think about sarah and Jerome?" I say picking up a line. " I'm proud of my bud I think there cute together!" "Umm there not going out yet." I correct him. "I know but I know they will soon cause I mean they did kiss!" "Hah yah." Mitch looks up from his phone and looks at me, he puts his arm around my shoulders and pulls me in. I look up at him in shock. He bites his lip and smiles at me. He puts down his phone and pays more attention at me than whatever he was looking at. "Is this the part were we kiss?" I ask him confused. "Yes." He dives in and out lips meet, I close my eyes and well my life flashes before me. We pull away and we look at each other. "Sorry.." He says. "Hehe it's ok. I don't mind." I blush. He smiles at me and I smile back. "I really like you."
