All In A Love Story

"I'm sorry," I whisper, as I look down the barrel of the gun pointed at me, this was not going as I planned. Maybe because I changed my mind, I decided to be with Daniel and have our baby. I hear Daniel come up the steps as I drop my glass of water, I see his eyes widen as he sees Aiden pointing the gun at me.

"You broke up with me, because of this asshole," Aiden says his words slurring together as Daniel moves closer to my side. The next thing I hear is gun shots and I feel a sharp pain in my stomach. My hand goes to my stomach as I look at Daniel, I hear another shot and Daniel tumbles over the side of the boat, he had been shot in the shoulder; so after he falls, I start to fall; once I hit the water my eyes begin to close as I hear Daniel yelling my name and telling me to stay awake.

16 Hours Earlier

"This is it," I hear Daniel say as I turn around to face the stairs, "Last chance to skip this silly tradition."

I smile and move closer to him as he continues to walk towards me, "It's not silly, it's nice. The next time you see me, I'll be walking the aisle in white," I finish my statement and Daniel glances down after kissing me.

"What is it?"

"I keep wondering why your not bringing it up. My mom said she told you about Sarah," he says and I slip my hands down his neck and chest. "I did not sleep with her," he says as I back up slightly, he continues, "I was confused and...and scared, the last thing I wanted to do was to hurt you. And I'm sorry, say something please," he says a slight begging tone to his voice, I look away and then back at him.

"Is it over?"

"Yes. Yes I ended it with her because you're the only one I want."

"You're the only one I want too."

"I'm all in, with you and the baby," he says, glancing down at my stomach, he reaches his hand out and touches my stomach gently rubbing it, he moves closer to me, "I'm not going anywhere."

I touch his cheek and move closer to him, "Me neither," I say as I go to hug him, my eyes closing.

"I'll be at the pool house if you need anything," Daniel says as he pulls away kissing me one more time.

About an hour later I got a visit from Victoria, she was not coming to the wedding and I of course was upset by that. I head to my room where my phone is charging, I pick it up and call Nolan.

"Hey I need you to do something for me, oh and don't tell Aiden I'll deal with him," I say once he picks up his phone, after telling Nolan what I needed him to do from me. I call Aiden and tell him I can't go through with what we had planned that I wanted to raise my child with it's father and be happy. Aiden of course freaked out and lost his cool, I hung up on him.

After the eventful evening I was having, I look down and touch my stomach, I smile softly as I get my jacket, keys and purse. I head out the door and go to the Grayson Manor, I was going to tell Daniel the truth about everything. Once I reach the pool house I knock on the door quickly as I wrap my jacket around me a little tighter. I hear the door click telling me it's unlocked and I see Daniel open the door to the pool house.

"Emily? What's wrong? Are you okay?" he asks as he takes my hand pulling me into the pool house, worry filling his eyes.

"I'm fine, the baby is fine too," I say taking a breath as I see him relax, "I came here because I have something to tell you, it's important," I continue, I begin telling him everything, the truth about who I was, why I came to The Hampton's and how at first things were to get revenge on his parents and then I fell for him and everything changed. I told him about Aiden and how I ended things for good, I also told him that I was thinking about faking my own death, he of course wanted to do the same, if it meant protecting me and our baby.
