Baby Lilian

Once we reached the hospital with Lilian in my arms, Daniel ran into get the doctor as I glance down at the baby, "It's so great to finally meet you princess," I whisper as I watch her sucking on her little fingers.

"Mrs. Grayson I'll take the baby so she can be checked out," a nurse said coming to my side as Daniel comes up with a wheelchair for me to sit in, "Your doctor is waiting to check you over."

Daniel helps me into the chair as I watch the nurse take our daughter in the door, as Daniel pushes me through the entrance of the hospital, Dr. Hastings met us at the front desk.

"It seems your little girl did not want to wait," she says with a soft smile on her face.

After Lilian and myself were checked over by the doctor, Daniel was let in and he texted Charlotte to tell her the news that the baby was born. I even told him to let his mother in on the news of her granddaughter's birth. There had been a lot of changes with the Grayson family while I was still pregnant with Lilian, the biggest one was David Clarke my father was cleared of all the charges that were brought up against him. Conrad was arrested and thrown in jail which was were he got divorce papers. Victoria was now happily married to my father.

She found out the truth along with my father three months before Lilian was born. They are living in the beach house with Charlie, which meant Daniel and I had the Grayson Manor to ourselves along with the baby. I was woken to a soft knock on the door of my hospital room, I push myself up into a sitting position as the door opens, I see my father and Victoria walk in followed by Charlotte and Nolan. I wave at them motioning for them to be quiet and I pointed to Daniel sleeping on the couch beside the bed.

"Oh Emily," Nolan says as he hugs me and then glances at Lilian who is sleeping in her bassinet, "She is so beautiful."

Charlotte was touching the edge of the bassinet smiling, "You did great sis."

"She looks like you Amanda," I hear my father say as I smile tiredly at him, "I mean Emily."

"Daddy I'll always be Amanda to you," I say as I glance at Victoria, "Would you like to hold your granddaughter?"

Victoria nods wiping her hands with a wet cloth and then drying them before walking over to the bed, I hold out Lilian and Victoria smiles as she gently takes the little one in her arms.

"Hello Sweet girl," she whispers, "I'm your grandma Victoria but, you'll call me nana."

I glance at Daniel who sits on the bed beside me kissing me softly, "It's so nice to not be fighting anymore," he says glancing around the room, "My father Conrad is in prison now and I have a beautiful wife and daughter."

"Danny," I hear Charlotte say as she holds the door open a bit, "Can Declan come in and meet his niece?"

"Of course Charlie," I say smiling as I see the ring on her finger Dec finally did it, I glance at my husband, "Their engaged now Daniel."

"That is wonderful," Nolan says as he dashes to Charlotte's side pulling her hand up to look at the engagement ring.

"Congratulations son," my father says shaking Declan's hand as he looks at everyone.
