2. not to be uttered

As the majority of the lessons passed Josh only had one lesson left out of the five he had to attend. Art.

He walked down the crowded hallway bored out of his mind. He didn't really need to go to school, he already had enough money to last a a couple life times, but, he wanted to. Plus he'd probably be wiped into being in education until a certain age anyway. He could've had private tutors but he honestly couldn't bear being away from the people he's got to know. Just the thought of seeing his friends everyday was great and to express your creativity with and around them brings out a warm, fuzzy side to him.

As he opened the door he took his seat at the back along with some kid, which he thinks is probably the new guy since he hasn't seen him around before. However, he wasn't really in the mood for human interaction at the minute. He just really wanted to get some art done. It was one of his favourite subjects besides music so he was ready to just jump into it.

He let his teacher know he was here and took his seat and instantly got his art book out his aesthetic galaxy backpack along with a pencil, eager to continue the work he hadn't finished yet.

He started flicking through pages of his doodle book as the others around him chatted amongst themselves.

So as the teacher began calling the register he happily continued drawing his little beagle, Ryan. Slowly entering a world of his own. His mind wondering throughout different states of mind and he tried to display his emotions towards his puppy in a certain way along his page.

Ryan was such a photogenic dog. So when Josh decided that he was going to draw him he took like hundreds of pictures, for reference, obviously...but because he's so cute he took about a hundred more photos than he needed to.

"D-did you draw that?" A small timid voice asked beside him as he looked curiously to what Josh had drew.

This was the first time Josh looked up at the guy, and Josh had to say, he was actually kinda cute...okay, maybe really frickin cute. So cute in fact it left him unable to control his own voice box. The smooth brown eyes fitted perfectly with his structured face, accompanied by a fluffy brown poof of hair upon his head, but it wasn't curly unlike Josh's. He wore light blue denim jeans with rips in the knees along with a baggy black jumper with 'Just Do It Later' printed across it in pink. And it gave him little sweater paws so that was always a bonus. He also wore some fresh white branded shoes that looked unbelievably clean. He looked like he just came out of a fucking magazine.

Where as Josh was just wearing a frickin band shirt, some black jeans and his favourite black SnapBack he just picked up from the floor of his bedroom this morning, he didn't like to do the washing, too much effort. Needless to say he was looking quite 'emo' today.

"I-i uhh," Josh cleared his throats to catch his voice back which had ran off as soon as he saw the boy "yeah, yeah I did."

"Wow, that's like so awesome, like I can't even describe in words" the boy blushed locking up into Josh's mocha eyes.

"Thanks" josh said softly as he smiled back slightly at the boy before turning back and continuing his work.

"D-do you know what we're supposed to be doing?" The new kid timidly asked as he scrunched up the ends of his sleeve creating sweater paws.

Josh just chucked "Your new right?"

"Yeah" the fragile boy looked down shyly.

"Josh" he held out his hand for the unnamed boy to shake as he set down his pencil and turned in his seat to face him. The boys eyes widened a bit he couldn't stop blinking for a few seconds until he calmed himself slightly.

"T-tyler" he stuttered and polity shook Josh's hand as his smooth cheeks tinted a warm pastel shade of pink. Josh thought it was cute he blushed so much but then his mind began to wonder. Was this his Tyler? He shook his head slightly as if to get rid of the thoughts.

"Well it's nice to meet you Tyler, I'm sure you'll fit in just fine around here." Josh smiled lightly.

"T-thanks josh, I actually have made a few friends already that seem really nice." He smiled lightly.

"See, already making a great start!" Josh grinned as Tyler started giggling at how formal the conversation sounded. Josh thought that sound would be the death of him.

"Y-you remind me of someone" Tyler managed to say.

Josh tilted his head slightly "Who?"

"My friend from back in LA, where I moved from, their names Brendon".

"Well I'm sure they're great" Josh smiled.

As the bell rang to signify the end of the day everyone tried leaving...but was practically shoved back in their seats by Mr Stilinski saying 'the bell doesn't dismiss you, I do' Mr Stilinski wasn't a dick usually, but sometimes he could be.

"I want all of your work that you've been doing today completed by the next time I see you, okay? Class dismissed."

...Then everyone left, apart for Tyler and Josh who were still putting their things away.

"Josh?" the new ki-Tyler called out to him before he became lost in the sea of people enveloping the hallway outside.

"What's up?"

"Uhhhh, look I know it's a lot to ask but can I stick with you for lunch tomorrow? I kinda need you to help me with my work, since I've got a little bit to catch up on." He looked to his feet as he began bouncing from one foot to the other.

"Yeah sure, might wanna reconsider once you've seen my friends though." Josh laughed his eyes scrunching up at the corners.

"...Thank you... and i'm sure they're great" Tyler lifted his head and smiled to himself as he mocked Josh's words from earlier.

Then they walked their separate ways home, so Josh can just face plant his bed and just sleep for 20 hours straight, he was so tired, especially with the prank wars starting back up again. It was stressful. He had already been pranked a few times today, and it was still early stages. You know tripping each other up, the 'this teacher wanted you to do this', the 'Patrick said he's paying me for my dinner'. It's was just fantastic. And incredibly stressful.

Ik ik it's about god damn time that they met, but because 'Josh' and 'Tyler' are such common names. I decided that they don't know exactly who each other are yet. Plus this book is quite slow, I apologise in advance, but I like character development, yEEE.
