Aphmau's POV:
The tunnel had many twists and turns, each one jabbing my ribs and ramming me against the metal. It was dark and the only sound were my screams which echoed through the whole tunnel. I still couldn't see anything, but I soon realized that I wasn't alone.
"AAAAAAHHHH!!!" Another scream filled the air from behind me, followed by a second, and a third, and a fourth and so on until it was so loud I had to cover my ears. It had been a few minutes since I started falling so I gave up on screaming and decided to save my breath for something useful. In the meantime, I tried to make out the different screams. All the voices were mashed together but I was sure that the first scream was really high-pitched. Probably Shelby. Eventually the tunnel, that seemed to go on for forever, ended with me shooting out of it and crashing onto a redwood floor. I pushed myself up but a sudden force slammed me back down.
"Arg, my head." The person on top of me groaned. Yep. Definitely Shelby.
"I can't feel anything." The person on top of Shelby murmured. And Max too. I crawled out from underneath them and rolled over, clutching my sides. It was kind of hard to breath but I kept pushing through anyway. I sat up, wincing a little, and shakily got to my feet using a stair for support. Now I finally had a chance to view my surroundings. The room we were in was huge, the walls were a dark blue and the only light coming in was from a few windows. The room was separated in half by two steps leading up to the back half of the room where the beds were. There were two beds resting against the back wall. One was a dark purple with a grey header. On the foot of the bed was the Minecraft derp face. To the right of it was a dark grey cat bed and a mini version of a dog house with a cushion inside it. On the front there was a label above the entrance saying 'Thundermuffin'. The cat bed also had K.P sleeping on it. Obviously Ross' bed. To the left of it, however, was the other bed. It was blue with a black header. On the foot of the bed, this time, was a large golden 'Z'. Max's of course. I turned to look behind me. The black metal tunnel was hanging from the ceiling, at the end of it Max kept repeatedly saying 'sorry' to Shelby for crashing into her and she just laughed and helped him up.
"What happened?" I interuppted them, still holding onto my ribs which were throbbing with pain. Both of them turned to me, remembering I was here too.
"Ross happened." Max sighed.
"He pushed, YET AGAIN, another button." Shelby shook her head, seemingly expecting something like that to happen. Well, she did know him best. They are cousins, after all.
"WOAH!!" The next people came sliding out of the tunnel. It was Alesa, followed by Adam. Alesa landed flat on her back and Adam fell directly on top of her.
"H-Hey, are y-you o-k-kay?" Adam stuttered, his face growing red, same for Alesa.
"Yep, just fine!" She squeaked. I turned to Shelby and she winked at me before tip toeing over to them. They were both so flustered and distracted that they didn't notice Shelby as she snuck her hand to behind Alesa's head and gave it a little push. Before they could react, their lips made contact and they both froze. Shelby walked back over to me, giggling like crazy as I covered my mouth to muffle my snickers. They both pulled a part and stared at each other for a few seconds before panicking.
"SEE YA!"
"GOTTA GO!" They both shouted and rolled over in opposite directions. Adam got up, hyperventilating as Max went up to calm him down and Alesa came up to us.
"Shelby!" She hissed, glaring daggers at Shelby, who just smirked.
"I just got you two lovebirds another kiss, your welcome~" She hummed.
"You're dead." Alesa growled but was stopped by the others.
"WOOOOOOHHHHOOOOO!!!!" John's voice echoed as he shot out of the tunnel along with a cheerful Ross and a petrified Jin. Jin opened his eyes and immediately checked himself.
"I'm alive. I'M ALIVE!!" He jumped up and sighed with relief.
"That was awesome!" John, who had surprisingly landed on his feet, cheered.
"I should push buttons more often." Ross said, muffled because of the fact that he had crashed into the side of the room and now his head was stuck in a laundry basket.
"NO!!" Everyone except for John screamed at Ross.
"What is it with you and pushing buttons?!" Adam threw his hands up in the air.
"I have a problem, okay?" He mumbled as Max tried to get his head unstuck. After a few tugs it came loose and the clothes inside it flew all over the room.
"Wait a minute, this is Ross and Max's room." Jin pointed out, ignoring the mess they had made.
"So?" Alesa raised an eyebrow.
"We never came through a tunnel from here. It was behind a painting downstairs like at your place." Jin examined the tunnel.
"So this thing goes in MORE directions?" Shelby asked. Jin nodded.
"We'll figure it out later. For now, where's that teleporter?" I leaned against the wall.
"Gimme a sec." John ran out the room and came back in a few minutes later. "Found it!" He placed the little metallic cube on the floor. It unfolded to reveal the glowing platform.
"Destination: HQ." I instructed. A hologram of a blue phoenix appeared, fading in then out again.
"Voice recognized. Agent Phoenix. Setting course for...DIVINE head quarters." The computerized voice spoke.
"Who first?" I turned back to my group.
"Shelby!" Max pushed Shelby, who was right in front of the teleporter, forward and she tripped.
"If I'm going I'm taking you with me!" She yelled as she grabbed Max by the arm, pulling him down with her. They both landed on the metal platform and disappeared in a puff of pink particles. I sighed and shook my head, knowing no one would be willing to deal with those two.
"I'll go after them." I volunteered and jumped in myself.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Shelby? Max?" I called out. No response. This was the Agency according to the teleporter, but it was pitch black. What's worse was that I couldn't find anybody. Suddenly, I felt one arm wrap around my neck, putting me in a headlock, and another cover my mouth. I grabbed both the arms and twisting my upper body, I elbowed whoever had me in the face, giving them at the very least a black eye. Maybe even a broken nose. They stumbled back and dropped me, giving me a chance to face them. Even though I couldn't see anything, my other senses were becoming sharper. I heard my attacker's footsteps get slower and quieter. They were backing up, which could only mean they were about to leap forward. I prepared for it by ducking down. Like I expected them to, they lunged at me. I grabbed their legs as I got up and pushed them backward making them slam into the ground. I pinned them down before they could get up and applied pressure to their throat so they gagged a little.
"I think I found it!" I heard Max's distant voice before the lights flickered on. I shut my eyes to avoid being blinded then slowly opened them, letting my eyes adjust to the brightness. Once I could see again I looked down to see who exactly attacked me, when I was met by a pair of bright green eyes.
"Apple?"
