Aphmau's POV:

(With the power of Tony Pepporoni, we can skip to tomorrow afternoon!)

All three of us stared at the clock. Counting down the seconds until the lockdown was called off.

"5..4...3...2...1!"

"FREEDOM!!" Alesa shouted, grabbing her purse, and dashed out the door.

"Hey wait up!" Shelby ran after her. The two of them were going out shopping for something to wear for the masquerade. They said they were going to meet up with all their friends from school. So; Kawaii~chan, Teony, Katelyn, Nicole, Zoey, Lucinda and Cadenza, who was organizing the whole thing. I was going out too, but not for me. Since I wasn't going to the dance, I told Emmalyn I'd help her pick out a dress for the dance. Alesa and Shelby are not gonna take me staying home during the dance well. I already had my cloak and mask on so I grabbed my camo shoulder backpack and swung it around my neck with my arm going through it. I swiped the keys off the table near the door and made my way to the garage. After putting on my purple helmet, and grabbing my spare one for Emmalyn, I sped off to her house.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Hey Jess!" Emmalyn flashed me her sweet smile as she got onto the bike.

"Hi Emmy." I handed her the helmet. I turned back to her house to see Kenmur peeking through the windows, a wide blush on his face.

"HEY LOVERBOY," I called him. His eyes widened. "DON'T THINK I CAN'T SEE YOU THERE!!" Kenmur's blush darkened and he closed the curtains.

"I swear, he's so shy it's adorable." Emmalyn laughed as we rode down the street.

"What's he still doing in your house, anyway?" I asked her.

"The doofus left his keys back at his house when he came to see me."

"Couldn't his parents come to pick him up?"

"No, they're out of town until tonight, with the spare set of keys, so he's stuck with me until then." She chuckled.

"Of course he is." I rolled my eyes. "So, where to?" I asked her.

"Well, I hear Molly's boutique in town square is pretty good."

"Say no more." I sped up and raced past the traffic.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"We're here!" I smiled as I parked my bike and chained it to a lamp post. I was getting off while Emmalyn gave me back the helmet when a voice interrupted.

"Sorry miss, but you're not allowed to park here." I turned around to see a police officer holding up a ticket book. He had dark blonde hair and thick black glasses. It reminded me of Emmalyn. I was just about to show him the permit Logan gave us for different situations when Emmalyn started talking. And yes, Logan gave us a bunch of permits, that were ACTUAL real ones signed by the government for the DIVINE, mind you. I mean, it's no good having a spy who's too busy trying to pay tickets instead of going on missions, now is it?

"DAD?" Her voice snapped me out of my thoughts. The police office's eyes shifted from me to Emmalyn and he smiled.

"Emmy, what are you doing here?" He gave her a hug as I stood back, completely confused.

"Well, Jess here was helping me look for a prom dress. She's the one who somehow got a plane to ask Kenmur to the dance for me." She motioned to me. The cop- uh- her Dad turned to me again.
