I see the guards looking under neath the sheets that I had disappeared under. I sigh and look back to the boat going back to Phoenix Drop.
Calvin and I find each other's gaze and look towards the boat. We nod at each other and sprint towards the boat that was about to leave the port.
As we run, a strange noise starts to whistle in our ears, making us cover our ears and scream in pain.
"MAKE IT STOP!" I cry out.
"AAAAHHH!" Calvin screams.
"WHAT IS THIS!?!" I groan out in mental pain that no one else could feel except me and Calvin.
A loud grumble erupts from the earth and sky, letting a red and gold glow into the air settle upon us.
"W-What the hell is going on?!" Calvin gasps out in pain.
I hadn't noticed that we had both started to cry, synced in our screams of pain. Whatever this feeling is, I want it to stop right now! The pain surged through our bodies when we see a demon come through a Nether portal that had just appeared. Calvin flashed his sharp canines at the demon and snarled as he did so. I follow his actions and do the same thing but the demon only did one simple action. Snapped their fingers.
"Hehe~ C'mon Gene don't go too easy, I want to see that girl writhe in pain! Kay?" A girl said evilly and yet sweetly at the same time. A few seconds after he had snapped his fingers my skin started to burn and it felt as though my insides were melting all at once.
"GAH!" My body couldn't take the pain for much longer and as any body would naturally do, mine collapsed under the unbearable pain. I look towards Calvin to see he was in a similar state as I was. The ground became red and hot and fire began to ignite in places around us...how did they teleport us into the Nether..?
