chapter 27

Reyna

Reyna watched her friends fly away. She didn't know how it felt to loose the people she loved, she only hopped that they would come back to her.

Reyna turned back on her attackers and let them have it. Reyna had hoped that they wouldn't be able to tell that she had been lying about her letting them all have a maximum power. It worked and too well, she had hoped that they would all be able to escape but now what the spirit had said came true. She was left behind and now no one could help her, at least not yet.

Reyna yelled and slashed her blade, she couldn't do much the teachers were gaining on her and she couldn't do anything about it. She yelled but it didn't sound like a yell it sounded more like a howl. She didn't understand why she had howled but as much as she tried to yell it ended up being a howl.

Then as she stabbed a teacher the fire around her erupted into pillars of light, Reyna got hit in the face and was knocked back. Her sword flew out of her hands and clattered a ways away from her. Reyna sat up and looked at the teachers, she looked at her sword to see that a teacher picked up and threw it off the edge of the tower.

Reyna jumped on the teacher and started chocking the teacher. She was punched in the jaw and sent back. Reyna got up and felt pain oozing in her jaw. Reyna ran as fast as she could and pushed the teacher off the edge of the tower. She turned to face the other teachers but they weren't teacher's anymore they were demons.

Reyna saw metal, glass, and iron demon teachers. They each had razor sharp claws and demon red eyes. They swayed and at once charged.

Reyna looked down to see that she had paws that were pure black, it reminded her of her of Askgus. Reyna attacked with her new found fangs through the demons. Reyna howled and knocked the metal demons to the ground. Reyna heard Henry call her name.

Reyna looked around in the sky, and howled as hard as she could, it was her mistake. As she called for Henry the demons took her down. Reyna thrashed and bit as hard as she could but soon she felt herself become normal. The demons made her kneel and held her tight. Reyna looked at the floor tears swelling in her eyes.

I have failed them! And now I'm stuck here.

Reyna looked at the boards at the ground; she looked up to see the headmaster appearing.

"Head Master help me!" she called

"My dear Reyna Goldstring, not, a, chance." He gave her a wicked smile and turned to face the demons.

"Take her to the dungeon." The head master said.

The demons hoist her up and dragged her down the stairs. Reyna was yelling, and spitting curse words as the metal demons took her. She finally shut herself up when she realized no one was going to help her.

She was brought down many stairs and as they descended the metal demons would turn back into teachers and leave. Soon it was Reyna and two big metal demons. They escorted her down another flight of stairs and into a dungeon cell.

They threw her in Reyna hit the stone floor, Reyna jumped up and charged at the door. The metal demons locked the door and left. Reyna started yelling for them.

"HEY METAL BRAINS! SHORT CIRCITED IDIOTS! HEY COME BACK HERE AND FIGHT ME!" Reyna yelled.

Nothing.

"HEY I GOT SOMETHING FOR YA, IT'S CALLED A PUNCH. BUT YOU WOULDN'T GET THAT YOU-" Reyna was cut off by a boys voice

"They won't come back for you."
