Karina POV

"I'm gonna beat her ass Benji!" I said angrily into the phone as I walked to my hotel room with Karley in my arms.

RAW was finished already and I left the second it did.

"Okay I know you're mad but you're just gonna have to wait until I get back Kari, 'cause who else is gonna bail your ass out of jail?" He said.

I bit my lip to stop from laughing, "Stop Benji I'm trying to be pissed off!" I said.

"Okay okay. What did you say when she said you were trying to take Cass from her?" He asked.

"I told her she can keep his ass because Karley and I don't need another fucking 'man' who just leaves when shit gets tough." I said.

"Hm." He hummed.

"What?" I asked.

"Nothing." He said.

"No what are you humming for?" I asked.

"Humming? Who was humming? Not me." He said.

I rolled my eyes, "Yes you were. If you have something to say, say it." I said.

"I just think that Enzo and Cass sort of had a reason to be mad at you. They didn't know the situation and they probably felt like you just didn't trust them enough to tell the truth, despite spending most of their time with you. And Cass... I don't know. There's something about him... Like, he looks at you differently than he looks at, say Charlotte or Dana. Like when you walk into the room his eyes don't look anywhere else besides you. If it does it's because Karley's in the room."

"Okay what are you trying to say?" I asked.

"I can see how much he loves her and You." He said.

I rolled my eyes, "Yeah, I know he loves Karley but he doesn't love me. Hell I doubt he even likes me right now."

"Karina.." He trailed off then sighed.

Someone cleared their throat from behind me.

I turned around to see Baron Corbin standing behind me.

"Would you like some help?" He asked gesturing to all the stuff I was carrying along with Karley.

Karley's car seat, my suitcase, my purse, and Karley's diaper bag.

I hung out with him and Dana & Charlotte a couple of times. As far as I know he's pretty nice. And Karley likes him for the most part.

"Um, no I'm fine but thank you though." I said with a smile.

"No, I insist." He said reaching for the car seat and suitcase.

I chuckled when he took it from me.

"Thank you." I said shifting Karley on my side.

She stared at Baron curiously.

He sent her a wink making her giggle.

I laughed, "I'll call you later Benji." I said.

"Wait who is th-" He got out before I hung up on him.

Baron smiled at me, "I heard what happened in catering today."

"Didn't everyone?" I asked.

He chuckled, "Yeah pretty much."

"I'm over it. It's not even worth my time anymore. I have another little life to take care of, I can't be worried about any others." I said.

He nodded, "I thought it was really brave of you to actually tell the truth. I agree that you didn't owe it to anybody but you sure put Carmella in her place tonight by doing it." He said.
