Karina POV

I rushed into the hotel with Colin right behind me.

My heart beating a thousand times a minute in my chest.

The room was full of people, WWE Superstars, other regular people who were staying in the hotel, and police officers.

A lot of police officers.

My breath caught in my throat as I knew something was wrong.

My eyes stopped on Enzo.

He was talking to an officer and it looked like he had been crying.

My feet felt like they were glued to the floor.

I spotted a lot of our coworkers watching me with sad looks on their faces.

The officer that Enzo was talking to walked over to me, "Miss Maldonado?" He asked.

I nodded in response.

"I'm very sorry to have to tell you this but your daughter Karley was taken by who was said to be your ex-boyfriend Luis Galvez. We have officers out looking for them right now." He said. "Again I'm sincerely sorry."

My heart felt like it was being torn out of my chest, "What?!" I asked trying to process what he had just said.

"He took my baby?!" I asked clutching me aching chest.

"Oh my God, He took my baby!" I cried.

My legs felt like jelly and suddenly I felt like the carpet was being pulled from under my feet as I fell to my knees.

"NO!" I yelled crying even harder.

My sister trusted me to always take care of her and protect her daughter.

"My baby's gone!" I cried as Colin knelt down behind me wrapping his arms around me in a hug.

"I'm sorry baby." He whispered as he cried also.

I let out a piercing scream as I cried. It felt like the only thing I could do.

How could he do this to me?

I doubled over in pain as I cried.

My Karley is gone, he took her.

I felt another pair of arms wrap around me, "I'm so sorry Karina." I heard Dana say to me.

Colin let go of me and stood up, "How many people are out there looking for her? How did he even get to her?!" He yelled his questions out loud, not asking anyone in particular.

"It was my fault." Carmella's voice rang through my ears.

My head shot up to look at her, "What do you mean it was your fault?!" I yelled at her.

"He told me he was your cousin from Spain and he came to visit you. I told him your room number." She said.

I was about to flip out on her but Enzo spoke first, "Benji was walking around in the hall with Karley when he got up there. I was here in the lobby trying to get more towels because Karley spilled her juice all over the floor. When I got up there Luis was pointing a gun at Benji and telling him that we all ruined his life. He said that  he wanted to get even and noticed Karley. He picked her up from the floor and tried pointing the gun at her but Benji jumped at him before he could do anything. And... Benji took the bullet instead. I got to Benji to check on him and by the time I looked up again Luis was already gone with Karley."
