Professor Oak: *paces around the lab* It's a wonder-filled journey that every Trainer must take to open his or her eyes to the Pokemon world. It has lots of valuable experiences and eye-opening lessons involved as well!
Me: Yeah!
Professor Oak: Sure, you might be homeless. Sure, you might be out of money and have to beat up other people's Pokemon and threaten them until they give you theirs. And sure, maybe I can't remember what gender my grandkids are. But it's all for the adventure!
Kids: YEAAAHHH!!
Me: Wait, what? *blinks*
Professor Oak: And yes, your only ten. Yes, your forcing animals to fight until they are at the brink of death. And yes, we worship those who capture and fight tons of Pokemon and leave no survivors. But it's all for POKEMOOON!
Kids: *raise fists and yell* FOR POKEMOOOONNN!!!
Me: *takes a tiny step back* This game just got a whole lot darker o_o ...
