Autumn
The bell rang for lunch. Ian and I walked hand in hand to the cafeteria.
"Where is Loren and Jacob?" He asks.
"Don't know but Jacob will probably sit with Ariel." I say. A couple minutes later Loren and Jacob walk into the cafeteria hand in hand and sit next to us.
"Look I'm sorry about what happened earlier." Loren and I say at the same time.
"Oh god make it stop!!" Ian and Jacob say at the same time.
"You guys are doing the same thing." We say at the same time again.
"STOP IT!!" They say at the same time.
"I'm just going to not say anything." Ian says.
"So Jacob... Why you sitting over here?" I ask.
"I wanna make friends with my girlfriend's friends." He says. I look at Loren. She mouths sorry.
"Don't be. I got this weirdo." I say referring to Ian.
"Can I talk to you for a minute Ian?" Loren says. They get up and walk to the door.
"Soo.." I say.
"Soo.." Jacob says. Man this is awkward.
"So.. You and Loren are a thing?" I ask just to get a conversation started.
"Yeah. And you and Ian are dating?"
"Yep." I say with a smile. I swear if my feelings could talk they'd say "AUTUMN GET YOU LIFE TOGETHER!! WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DO OUR JOB." I laugh at the thought of that.
"What's funny?" Jacob asks. I was staring at my phone .
"Oh nothing." I say. He grabs my phone from me and looks at it. It was a picture of me on Ian's shoulders. The caption said, "Little did I know I was going to fall. Luh Chu @AutumnNiano <3 <3"
"Did he really fall?" He asks.
"Yep." I say with a chuckle. Why were they taking so long.
Ian
I follow Loren out.
"You finally did it?"She asks excitedly.
"Yep." I say with a wide smile. My phone started buzzing with a call from "Babicakes <3 <3" aka Autumn.
"Yello?" I ask.
"Where you at?" She asks.
"The hall why?" I say.
"I gotta tell you something. Hurry up." She says.
"Okay." I say and hang up. We should really go back in." I say. She nods and we walk back in.
"What did you have to tell me?" I ask Autumn as I sit down.
"Shh.. It's a secret." She says.
"Okay..." I say confused. She screams
"I LUHH CHUUUUUUU!!" in my ear. I lightly slap her in the forehead. She holds her head like it hurt. I look her in the eyes and say,
"Did the little baby get hurt?"
"Yesh." She replies in a baby voice.
"You want me to kiss it to make it feel better?" I ask. She nods her head. I kiss her forehead and then start eating. Everyone else does the same. Then the bell rings. Off the World History with Autumn. She grabs my hand and we walk to the classroom. Honestly my life couldn't get any better. My best friend who I have had a crush on for like ever is now my girlfriend and Loren is happy. Or as happy as a depressed person can get. Why is she depressed anyway? Guess I won't find out.
"Ian.." Autumn says snapping her fingers in front of me.
"Huh? Oh what?" I say.
"Um, nothing." She says looking down.
"Babygirl what's wrong?" I ask.
"Nothing. I'm fine." She says.
"No you're not. Tell me what's wrong."
"I'm telling you I'm fine." Great. There is something wrong with my girlfriend and she won't tell me. I'm going to find out what it is... hopefully.
