A new child (Enoch X Reader)

Chapter 10

Enoch's P.O.V

It's been a day since what happened to Carmen. I haven't her side since, I'm so scared for her. Right now I'm sitting beside her holding her hand "Carmen it's been a day please wake up, show everyone hear that I was right, that your alive" I say almost in tears. A couple of tears fall and right when it does Emma walks in with Jack. I quickly wipe the tears away, Emma puts her hand on my shoulder "Enoch you haven't moved in a day, please just get up" she says concerned. I look up at her "no cause if I leave your just going to take Carmen" I say a little angry "Enoch if you get up today....we won't touch Carmen she'll be hear when you get back we promis" Jack says. I  nod my head and leave the room.

Jack's P.O.V

Enoch leaves slowly. I look at Emma and she looks back at me pissed "why did you tell him we would leave Carmen, she's dead Jack....she's dead" Emma says almost crying "we can't just take her, he still believes she's alive.....if you died I wouldn't let anyone touch you until I for sure knew you wear dead, we just have to let him figure it out" I says looking at me with sympathetic eyes.

We exist          

 the room and walk down to the dining room, all the kids are sitting around playing, at the far end of the room Enoch is sitting down looking out the window. I see Clair look at me then Enoch. She get's up and runs to a room, in a couple of seconds she comes back with Camren's doll . She runs up to Enoch with the doll "Enoch I thought you would want this" she says lifting up. Enoch takes it and smiles "thank you Clair...would you like to see it dance" he says to her. She nods her head really fast, Enoch takes on of his hearts and puts it in the doll.

  The doll get's up and starts dancing, Clair squeals and claps, the rest of the kids turn around and see the doll dancing. They all run up to Enoch and watch the doll dance so gracefully. When the doll finally stops and falls down everyone claps "I can't believe you made something that doesn't have the pation to kill" Millard says laughing, everyone laughs at his joke "of corse I did, I made it for Carmen, when she wakes up I'm going to make it dance for her" he replies and I swore I saw a little smile. I look to my left and see Emma looking like she's about to explode.

She storms over to Enoch and takes the doll from his hands "SHE'S DEAD ENOCH, DON'Y YOU GET IT SHE'S NOT WAKING UP EVER. SHE'S GONE. BYE BYE. GET THROUGH YOUR THICK SKULL SHE'S NEVER WAKING UP...EVER" she screams at him. Everyone looks at her shocked, Enoch stands up so fast the chair flips behind him "she is alive and she IS going to wake up" he says sternly at her "no Enoch she's gone" she replies "she's gonna and you cant fix her this time....she's like this doll" she says and right after she says it. She smashes the doll on the floor and it shatters into a million pices. Enoch doesn't reply he just storms out f the room.

I run up tp Emma "what te hell was that" I say shocked, she doesn't reply she just stares at me "EMMA WHAT WAS THAT" I yell at her "I don't know Jack I just lost it I was angry and jealous and IDK" she says to me "jealous. Why would you be jealous" I asked confused "it's just I was in love with someone and I didn't get to love him like Carmen does with Enoch, I got so angry that I couldn't think any more. Get it Jack I wasn't thinking I was just doing....I'm sorry" she says "I'm not the one you should be saying sorry to" I reply as I gestor to the door Enoch just stormed out of. We all run out of the door and into Carmen's room, we see something that we thought we would never see. Enoch was crying "Carmen please wake up please I can't live without you I need you please. You make me happy okay. Your the one that makes me wake up in the morning, your smile, laugh and everything else makes me happy. So please Carmen please wake up. Wake up for me" he says crying his eyes out. He looks up and nothing happens, he turns around and looks at all of us "looks like your right, she's gone" he says still crying but at the last minute like it was in a movie Carmen takes a gasp of air "please...don't leave Enoch" she says weekly.

Enoch turns around and hugs her "I'll never leave Carmen, I'll never leave you again" he replies not letting go of her.
