Chapter 13

Carmen's P.O.V

I try to get out of the persons frip who is holding me "let my go" I screamed. All the man did was chuckle, I keep stugeling to get out of the mans grip"let me go and tell me where you took Enoch.....WHERE DID YOU TAKE MY BOYFRIEND" I scream at him and just like last time all the man did was chuckle "you'll see your love soon" the man said. After he says that I feel somthing go over my eyes, like a blind fold of some kind. The man starts to drag me, in the beggining I try to get away by twisting and turning but after a while I stoped because it was useless, so I just let them take me.

Soon enough he stopped dragging me, I feel him put me on my feet. The man slowly took off my blind fold and the first thing I see is Enoch, the love of my life was chained to a wall unconcious "Enoch" I yell but he doesn't move. I turn around to the man "did you kill him" I ask almost crying. The man doesn't answer he just smiles at me evily. Then it clicks, this evil, evil man killed Enoch "why" I asked with teart falling down my face "because it was fun" the man responded. I fall to my knees and start crying. Not only did I lose my best friend but I just lost the love of my life, I look up and see the man just smiling down at me in victory "your a monster, what did he ever do to you" I say as the tears fall down my face. The man doesn't answer again but he keeps smiling at me. A couple of minutes later I stop crying and start to get mad, I slowly stand up and let the anger fill my body "you killed my love" I say with rage dripping from my mouth. I feel a sensation in my body, a feeling of cold rises in my body. I look down and see my powers flying around my hands, I need to control this anger. All the children soon gather around me. I close my eyes, trying to gather all my anger and control it, soon enough it clicks and I open my eyes. I raise my hand to the man who killed Enoch "you shouldn't have done that" I say and right after I let my power go and I freeze the man. Not like a normally freeze people but when I froze him he turned into an ice statue. I slowly calm down and lower my hand. I walk over to the man and push him lightly and he sharers onto the floor.

I run up to Enoch and unchain him, I put him on the floor "Enoch please please please wake up come on" I beg him. I stand there for a couple of seconds waiting for him and with my luck he starts to move "Enoch please come on wake up" I say crying a little and right after that his eyes open "oh my god Carmen" he replies laughing a little "what what's wrong" I reply a little worried "your hair.....it's white" he replies touching my hair. I quickly take a some of my hair and look to it and just like he said it WAS white "it must have happened when I got angry" I reply "you mean Horace's dream came true" he says surprised "yes it did" I reply. Enoch just looks at me and smiles again not one of his smirks but an actual smile "let me do the saving next time" Enoch says chuckling a little "oh shut up" I say to him. He about to say something else but I shut him up quickly with a kiss. He kisses back in a meter of seconds and I just want to stay like the forever.

We soon pull apart and we see that everyone is looking at us "what are you all staring at we have to do save Miss. peregrine" I say jumping up to my feet. Enoch quickly gets up with me "guys Jake and Emma already went to go get her" Bronwyn says pointing at the door "Enoch we have to go help them" I reply. I take Enoch's hand and start to drag him to the door. We pith run down to the big room and when we get the we see that the door was broken open with an axe. We run in and see something we thought we would never see, there are 2 Jakes, Enoch quickly grabs the cross bow and points it at both of them. At the same time both Jakes say "I'm he real Jake."
Which ones the real Jake?
