Chapter Twelve: Forest fire

   Walking back to our campsite with my bow in my right hand, my left hand being empty.
Prey became scarce from the cold weathers, the animals were burrowing in their homes.
I sighed in frustration, it's always been hard to hunt in the cold season. Looks like we're going without breakfast.
It's not that bad, we had a filling dinner last night and could last a couple hours.

As I drew closer to the campsite, I heard flames, cracking wood, Y/N and Sarah's screams. I could smell smoke in the air, causing me to cough.
I ran to the top of the hill and saw the flames below me.
I stared in horror as I saw Y/N and Sarah below.
I rushed down to help them, avoiding the flames.

"This way, hurry!"

Y/N and Sarah followed behind me, closely.
Any belongings that were back at the campsite didn't matter, not even the food or money.
The only thing that mattered right now was our lives, our hearts had to continue beating for years to come.
I wasn't about to die here.

Flames appeared in front of us, making us jump back in fear.
I knew Y/N and I could get by easily on foot, but Sarah couldn't.
I grabbed Sarah and started running. We didn't have time to get her comfortable, all that mattered was getting out of here.

I noticed Y/N had my satchel wrapped around her body, her sword in hand.
I almost sighed of relief, that wasn't the best thing to do right now due to the large flames chasing us.
I was just happy we had our food, money, and one sword.
We only lost a few blankets and a couple daggers.
We could always buy more.
I was trying to think right now so I had less to worry about but as soon as a flame ever so slightly burned my arm, I changed my mind on that.

"Up here! Away from the trees!" I shouted.

There was a nearby river we could cross.
We first ran up a small hill, small rocks and dirt falling beneath us as we climbed up to escape the flames.
When we reached the top, I had a small moment to put Sarah on my back, where she could hang on better instead of me throwing her around.
As soon as Sarah was good, we ran down the hill and jumped in the freezing cold water.
It got a bit deeper as we crossed, but never went past our waists.
We made it past the river and continued running.

    I leaned against a boulder, panting.
We've been running for miles now, putting us all out of breath.
Y/N got a small burn and we all had a few scratches, nothing infected.
Y/N was checking to see if Sarah was alright.
The experience was traumatizing for a little girl.
A child shouldn't have to go through that.
I was just happy everyone was safe.

Y/N walked over to me and hugged me, tears rolling down her face.

I kissed her forehead and held her close.
Sarah ran over and joined the hug.
This is my new family.
These two girls I now have are my family.
This is my home.

   Hai!
I'm sorry it's short but I really wanted to write this. So I'm apparently transgender now XD
In BTS, Rap Mon is the Dad of the group. And I play Rap Mon in the dance I'm learning and I can relate to him so much XD
like out of all seven members rap mon and I are twins.
  Anyway, my friends are mostly my children. One is my wife and another is father in law. So four of my friends are my children. I'm Dad to those four but all my other children I'm Mom. My son, Eli, called me Mom and all my children looked at him like "No she's Dad." Poor Eli was so confused XD
So we just decided I'm trans XD
My friend just drew me as a guy. I can't screenshot it right now cause I misplaced my Ipod ^.^
I will share it in the next chapter.
   And guys, I think Sam took me literally. I told him I liked his older videos better (old like early days) because he swears and makes better jokes. And I told him MC was getting boring. HE TOOK ME LITERALLY! LITERALLY EVERYTHING I SUGGESTED HE'S NOW DONE. I am sorry children, please don't hate me XD

  One more thing. Please stop being mean to Katie, she's getting really upset. She's like a sister to me and my future room mate so stop insulting her please.
AND BTS. YOU LEAVE MY BABIES OUT OF THIS. THEY HAVE GONE THROUGH A LOT AND DON'T NEED YOUR CRAP.
