Chapter Twenty Seven: Maria

 
  "Sarah stay here, scream if anything tries to hurt you. Daddy and I need to talk." Y/N said to Sarah, you could sense the gentleness in her voice. Sarah nodded eagerly and hugged her teddy bear again. Ivan had taken care of Sarah well, she had no idea she was in any trouble. Y/N and I walked away from Sarah and behind the trees

"I'm sorry, I know what I did was wrong." I said to Y/N, looking down ashamed. She wrapped her arms around me and hugged me tight. 

"Don't be sorry, he deserved it," 

  Sarah's' scream alarmed us, we quickly let go and rushed back to where Sarah was. She stood there in fear, looking at the bushes and pointing. 

"There's something in the bushes, a person!" Sarah shouted. Y/N picked up Sarah and held her close. 

"Come out!" I shouted. 

  A little girl walked out, not little like Sarah, much older. She looked to be around twelve years old. Her hair was a long and curly orange red, her eyes were a pretty light green. Her cheeks were covered with a few freckles. She was rather tan but also really pale. 

 
"Who are you?" I asked her, I'd seen her somewhere I was sure of it.

(Anyone remember? ;) )

"My name is Maria, I've come to warn you and to ask you for help," She explained, her eyes glancing at all of us.

"What do you mean?" Y/N asked.

"A man named Stanley came to my masters' base one day. He described a boy and my master recognized his description,"

  I felt like my heart stopped beating when I heard his name, Stanley, the name I've despised for so long. Y/N looked at me worriedly, she knew.

"You see my master was close friends with a man named Ivan, they were working close together and planned on taking Y/N away from Sam, starting with Sarah. But Ivan is now dead and he knows, Stanley was there watching when you killed him,"

  Stop! I don't want to hear anymore!

  All of this new information was killing me, I felt like I was suffocating. He was there, he never left. He's been tracking me. He knows what Y/N and I did. Other thoughts had raced through my mind that I dare not name yet, the possibility is low. She says she feels fine so everything is fine.

"How did he react?" Y/N asked her.

"He's furious, he wants Sam dead. But Stanley wouldn't allow it, they had other plans I didn't get to hear since I was forced to leave. But after that I escaped and came to find you guys,"

  Just when I had thought things were getting brighter, they were all just turning darker again.

  Y/N handed Sarah to me and bent down to be eye level with Maria.

"Thank you for telling us Maria, now how can we help you?" She asked the young girl.

"He'll kill me when he finds me, maybe even worse. Please protect me." She ran into Y/N's arms, crying.

  I now remembered where I had seen her. When we were captured by the man in black that's where I saw her. Never did I think I would see her again. Maria backed away and Y/N wiped her tears away. She smiled warmly at her before picking her up and walking next to me.

"Do you think we have room for one more daughter?"
Y/N asked me.

"I think we do,"

   The cheerful smile Maria gave us that night I wish I could see again, just once. But I never thought I would never see that smile again, that smile is lost.

If you haven't realized Sam switches a lot. He's telling the story but also pausing the story and saying some things that take place after the fact. Once you read this chapter you might have an idea about what's coming up >: D

Taehyung: *Hops in wearing bunny hoodie, looks adorable*

  *JUMPS THROUGH HOLE IN WALL KATE~CHAN CREATED*

Jungkook: *looks at*

Taehyung: *looks at*

Jungkook: *Pulls out "gun"*

Taehyung: *scared*

Jungkook: *pretends to shoot*

Taehyung: *falls "dead"*

Yoongi: *still sleeping*

Jin: *cooking*

Namjoon: *breaks fridge door* IT'S NOT ME I SWEAR!

  EVERYTHING YOU TOUCH YOU BREAK, STOP DESTROYING MY PRECIOUS MANSION!

Jimin: *walks in not wearing a shirt* Hey guys

*dies*

Hobi: *walks in wearing flower costume*
