4.7: Wondering

"I need to go now. Bye." He said before running away.

He left us no time to stop him. Minghao and I exchanged looks. He just confirmed it. He really changed his surname, but why? Minghao doesn't know it yet.

"What was that? His Mrs. Choi?! AND HE'S MARRIED ALREADY?! WHY DO YOU GUYS KEEP GETTING MARRIED WITHOUT INVITING ME?!" Minghao said.

I didn't answer. I just stared at the spot where they were kissing. She looks like Y/N somehow now that I get to contemplate about it. I know how my wife looks when her back is facing me. It's just like that girl's. Or maybe I just miss her so much that I'm having illusions here.

"Let's just ask him later. Aren't you hungry? You still need to treat me! Don't forget that!"
"I don't! I'm starving! Let's go!"

I want to distract myself. My head hurts. I don't know what to think. The girl can't be Y/N. If it's her, she would know where she is, near Pledis. She would go there and find me. She'll come back to me. I remember my conversation with Dokyeom.

"Do you think she left because she doesn't love me anymore?" I asked him once when he went to our apartment unit to bring food for me.
"No way! Y/N-ah loves you. She loves you so much!" He told me.
"Then, why would she go?"
"I don't know too, but I'm sure she loves you. She wouldn't agree to marry you again if she doesn't. Also, Y/N isn't that rude to just disappear because she doesn't love you anymore."
"You think so? What if she found someone else?"
"Someone else?! Who?!"
"I don't know."
"Oh come on, hyung. You're overthinking again! See what hunger causes you to think of. Eat now!"

I keep wondering why she disappeared. I keep wondering if she's okay. I wonder if she misses me. I wonder if she even wants to go back to me. I wonder, did she ever love me? Or was it just a fan's love and now she realized it that's why she left? I want to know. I want to know the truth even if it's painful. I deserve the truth, right?

I want to know the truth, but I don't know if I can let go if the truth is that she doesn't love me.
