"She's my..." Wonwoo said smirking.

He looked at you, then Seungcheol, then back at you. You wanted to go to him and stop him even if you know he'll say the truth because that's what was the decision. It should be anyway. You just feel he won't and break his promise to tell the truth.

"She's Seventeen's mom." Dino suddenly said.
"Ne! Seventeen's beautiful mom!" Minghao said.
"Our mom!~" Soonyoung said.
"How did she become Seventeen's mom?" A fansite admin asked.
"Because she's Cou-" Hansol said but Seungcheol stopped him midway, covering his mouth with his hand.
"I'm sorry, but we have scheduled activities for today. We can't continue this press con. We hope everything's clear now." Seungcheol said.
"But you haven't answered my question yet!"
"We said only questions from chosen people shall be answered. You were never called. Sorry." Jun said supporting Seungcheol.
"Thank you for your presence and questions. We appreciate your support and love. For now, we shall say goodbye. Thank you!" Seungcheol said as they stood up.

They walked towards the door where you stand watching them. The reporters and fansite admins followed them curious about Seventeen's mom. Seungcheol smiled at you as he took your hand. He led you with him back to the van.

"I'm sorry." Seungcheol whispered to you as he sat beside you in the van.
"For what?"
"I didn't tell them about us. I want you to be safe. I'm not sure you would be if I told them. Look at what happened when Wonwoo said you're his girl." He said against your neck, his forehead leaning against your ear.

You didn't answer because you don't know what to say. You don't even know what to feel. You just sat there listening to his breathing.

"Wouldn't they figure that out anyway?" You asked him.
"Exactly." He said and you drifted away to sleep.
