I'm aware the Uchiha knows I'm following him, yet he hasn't bothered to say anything about it. He just steps forward and from vague curiosity my feet follow. Once we stood in the center of the room he turned to face me.

Our fierce and cold stares clashed with one another's, but neither of us looked away.

"What brings you here?" I asked.

"My feet." he answered monotonously.

"Let me rephrase that, why are you here?"

"Because I can be."

What an asshole.

"I assume you are going to train, so I'll leave you be."

I began to walk away when his voice stopped me.

"Orochimaru always talks about you. What are you to him?"

"An assassin he uses as he pleases."

"He refers to you as the person you are underneath that assassin facade."

"In that case, I'm someone who has been in his care for about 11 years."

"Has he kept you by force?"

"I'm not like his test subjects. I have a say in what happens."

"Why haven't you left his side?"

"Is that a go to question? So many have asked me that question and in all honesty the only answer I have is that I've never experienced a freedom outside these dirt walls. I don't leave because I have no desire to know what that freedom feels like."

He stayed silent and I began walking away.

"He mentioned you have good swordsmanship." The Uchiha stated.

"May I test that out?"

"Being polite for a change suits you. I would love to spar but my weapons are in my room."

"We can use these." He said while picking out two twin Katanas from the wall near him.

I walked over to him and took the Katana he held out for me.

"Anything goes." I set the rules. He didn't disagree and we commenced.

I walked a couple feet away from him and took my stance with my Katana in front of my face, giving the appearance that my face was divided into two.

He took a stance similar to mine, but his Katana was further from his face.

He swung the Katana down at my feet, but I managed to jump back in time. It was my turn to take the attack, therefore, I swung my Katana throat length at him. He lifted his blade in time, clashing it hard against mine.

He focused on attempting to push me into a corner as I noticed he shifted his stance and sprung at me. I waited to move last minute to give him a slower reaction time. My plan worked, but I wasn't prepared to receive the attack he had planned.

I poorly blocked the blade that came down above my head. Having to hold onto the blade itself I pushed it up further to remove his Katana from mine. Blood trickled down the Katana and dropped onto the floor. My face showed no reaction to my new cut as I pushed him away from me. He skidded a few inches away, from my sudden push.

I gripped onto my Katana with both hands before I sprung at him. I swung my blade and it clashed with his. I dodged his blade before swinging mine again, this time I managed to slice at his shoulder. From the look on his face I concluded the wound was pretty deep.

He angrily ran at me swinging his blade in my direction, but I dodged it. He sprung at me and I did the same. Our blades clashed and he was using his strength to push my blade down. I took his slight distraction as an opportunity to sweep at his feet. I managed to make him loose his balance and he fell on the floor.
