Donnie was in his room, on top of his loft bed, hiding under his blankets, he felt his anger boiling within himself, how dare his father have the nerve to come here?! After all he did to Donnie and his friends?!
Soon Donnie felt someone plop down onto the bed beside him, after climbing the ladder "Hey, you okay?.." Syths voice called softly, concern lacing it.
Donnie sighed "Yeah, Everything's just fine and Dandy here in CandyLand Syth." He said sarcastically as he poked his head out from under his blankets, looking up at his best friend of 3 years.
Syth frowned "Harty har har Don, what did you dad say to get you so upset?" He asked and slowly laid on his back, looking at the ceiling now.
The younger teen shifted so he was comfortably laying on his back as well "Not much, he kept spewing lies about how he wanted to 'make up for lost time' like I'll believe that." He scoffed.
Syth hummed thoughtfully "Well...What if he meant it?" He asked Donnie and looked at the blue haired male beside him.
Donnie stopped and seemed thoughtful, looking at Syth "True, but what if he's just lying to me again? What then? Then not only will I be in danger, but I'm almost positive Harry and Robin will be too, not to mention the teachers." He paused and his eyes darkened as he thought about it more "maybe even you and Alex.." He muttered.
Syth blinked and looked back up at the ceiling, playing with the soft, fuzzy blanket below him "well, I'm sure we'd find a way to get out of danger, right? You and Alex are clever." He chuckled.
Donnie frowned "But what if it means leaving you or anyone else behind?" He asked his friend seriously.
Syth stopped and stayed still and silent for a second "well...I'm....I'm not sure." He said softly, frowning again.
Donnie sighed and shook his head "I don't know what I'm gonna do Syth, all I know now is that my fathers back and I hate the fact." He said the last part Cooly.
Syth smirked "yeah, I could tell by the way you shoved him out the door and almost down the stairs." He laughed and Ruffled Donnie's hair as he sat up.
Donnie looked at him "Where you going?" He asked and shifted to sit up in his bed, fixing his hair as he Watch Syth jump from the top step of the ladder to the floor.
Syth hummed "just to get something to eat, wanna come with grumpy pants?" He asked and grinned wide, making Donnie smile.
"You never cease to amaze me, you know that right?" Donnie laughed and jumped out of the bed, and Syth chuckled "what do you mean?" He asked.
Donnie looked at him "you were just in an extremely deep and serious conversation and now you want food." He said and shoved his friend playfully.
Syth smiled "sorry, I didn't eat breakfast, I'm hungry!" He said and shoved Donnie back as he grabbed his keys off the counter, along with his wallet and they both laughed as they made their way down the steps towards Syths car.
(Yo! Here's a smaller chapter, featuring Donnie his closest friend, Syth! Just a small lil chapter, the next one will be a little deeper then this, enjoy!)
