"You have a different quest"
I cocked my head "You must go to Hasidurir and rally those who gather there, show man what the wolves were bred for, help the Hasiduririans embrace their destiny" I nodded determined "And" Lord Elrond added "This is for you, and your eyes only" He held out a letter "I can give you a ride out of the encampment if you so desire" I nodded again taking the letter
"That would be helpful"
I glanced down at the letter in my hand and began to open it, I pulled the thick creamy paper out and saw some beautiful calligraphy it read.
'Elbereth
I did not plan on telling you this until later but something is telling me this is the time, Saerilla was not your mother, I was and she was my best friend, I do not blame you for hating me for this but I beg you to keep on reading. It was for your own safety, those with gifts like yours are often prosecuted unjustly, also I did not want to you to grow up like many Elleth that were raised like royalty, I am sure already you have seen the difference between Aragorn and Thranduil's way of going about things. You my dear Elbereth were named after one of the Valar herself, and I want you to know that you are not the princess of Lorethrin, however much I want you to be, I knew this was to be the case when I sent you away. You are now and always have been the Queen of the Wandering Wargs, I hope you do not harbour any ill feelings towards me for my choice. I love you my daughter.Lady Galadriel
I shall not tell anyone of this until you are ready'
I looked at Lord Elrond in disbelief.
"Come it is time to leave" He said and him, Aragorn and I stepped outside the tent I went to fetch Lord Elrond's horse which happened to be next to Brego, Aragorn's horse I stood next to him while he saddle the beautiful bay.
"Aragorn?" I asked and he turned to me, I grabbed his hand and pulled it to my chest I placed a delicately carved bone whistle into his palm.
"Only in a time of the greatest need should you blow on this" I told him and then padded softly away, Lord Elrond's dapple grey in tow. I rode out of the camp on Lord Elrond's horse and as soon as we were out of sight I slipped off, bowed and began to run towards Mt. Hasidurir, and to my awaiting army.
I ran for two days nonstop desperate to get to the wolf mountain and back to the battle of middle earth, I made it to the gate of Hasidurir, it looked abandoned and the path to the caves was overgrown with greenery I morphed into my Elf form and stumbled over to a post, I groaned, maybe it wasn't a good idea to run here non-stop, I could feel my body shutting down and slowly I fell into the darkness.
I opened my eyes slowly and reached for my knife but found only fur, I shot up quickly and glanced at my surroundings, I was in a tent wearing a white button down top, black leggings and sturdy boots as well as a fur cloak and a simple silver circlet. A young brunette girl walked in and smiled at me.
"It is time for us to leave" she said simply she held out a hand for me to help myself up with "I'm Rhylee" She said smiling gently.
"And I'm Elbereth" I said pulling myself up.
"Oh I know" Rhylee said mischievously with a small twinkle in her eye, I cocked my head "You talk in your sleep" she said answering my unasked question I blushed slightly bowing my head "Shall we go and help your friends then?" the beautiful girl asked happily I nodded and followed her out of the tent.
"Isha" I squealed happily and hugged her tightly as soon as I saw her and pretty soon I was surrounded by my old pack."You know these wolves?" Rhylee asked and I nodded, running my fingers through Sash's fur.
"It has been told that the Alpha's of all Alpha's would return along with the protector, the Queen of the Wandering Wargs" Rhylee said slowly, blinking in disbelief. I bowed.
"The Queen of the Wandering Wargs at your service milady" I said Rhylee knelt down, head bowed "Oh get up you foolish girl, I can't have people knowing who I am" I scoffed kindly and that's when I heard it the high pitched tone of the whistle and the weight of it suddenly returning around my neck, I sighed.
"I must go Rhylee, but before I do I must ask you something. I have many enemies and it is no longer safe for the wolves to be associated with me." I paused pulling off my necklace that held the whistle and Faen carch's sheath and handing them to her "I want you to be their protector, help them build back Hasidurir" she just nodded "Do you promise that if it be by your own life or another's you will protect them?" I asked Rhylee nodded again.
"I swear" I kissed her forehead "Take these the sword, Faen carch names you as the protector and the whistle is yours to give to those you trust, only in times of great need, it will come back to you once it has been blown. Take care my child" I murmured.
I mounted Isha and started towards Mordor, it was a lot closer than I remembered and I came to the conclusion that Rhylee had travelled while I was recovering.
"Wait" I heard Rhylee yell she held a beautiful sword in her hand "It is called Edlennen" (Banished) she said pushing the sheathed blade into my hand "It is for you" I nodded and took the beautiful sword.
"Thank you Rhylee, Namaarie" (Farewell) and with that I rode to the aid of my fellow people.
My entrance had been quite dramatic.
I rode over the hill and stood there for a few seconds "The Wolves of Hasidurir have come to embrace their destiny" I called turning everyone's attention to me "Gurth gothrim Tel' Mithrim" (Death to the foes of the Grey Company) and with that a wave of fur had descended onto the awaiting Orcs and Uruk hai'
I laughed while I stabbed the last standing Orc around me as the volcano erupted, the remaining handful of Sauron's army fled as the tower crumbled to the ground, we had done it!
I felt a blade on my shoulder and stood up slowly, Legolas stood on the end of the sword "Traitor" He spat, I flicked his sword out of his hands and dodged behind him putting a dagger to his neck "Tell your father I am no longer with the wolves but if anyone of them get hurt he will have to answer to me" I growled.
