"Girl, you're setting yourself up!" Tammy said as she watched me do my makeup.
"No I'm not. I have this whole thing planned out. Ja, Lori, and Christy doing whatever they do up in this big house. Nasir is with my dad and his wife. Mario is working late." I said simply.
Tonight I have my first event to host. It's at a club downtown and it's definitely not Mario's club. I'm not that stupid. Even though Mario said no a few days ago, I'm gonna do whatever I have to do in order to be happy. I want to make my own money and not just be a stay at home mom like I have been ever since we got married.
"I just know Mario gonna find out somehow and whoop your ass. Mario finds out everything." She said which is somewhat true.
"He won't find out. I'll be home at a reasonable time and if he ask where I'm at, I'll just say I went to my dads house or I went to your house."
"And what if he calls your dad to ask or calls your brother. The other two men who will join in on whooping your ass cause you know they won't want you doing this shit either."
"They need to get over it. It's not like as if I'm stripping again. Like damn." I rolled my eyes. I finished my makeup and stood up from my vanity chair.
"You're missing the big picture but whatever girl. If any of them niggas ask me, I know nothing at all. I'm not getting heat cause of you." She held her hands up.
"Ok, well I'm about to leave. How do I look?" I asked her, turning around to give her a good look.

"I like the dress but you look like as if you're asking for Mario to freak out on you. You have a bomb body. As in your ass in fat and you got big boobs. One wrong move and your titty is out." She said making me laugh.
"Girl stop. I taped the dress down so I'm good. Ok, I have to go now. Lock the door when you decide to leave." I gave her a hug then grabbed my purse before walking out of my room.

This club is packed right now and I'm enjoying this little hosting thing. It's been years since I've been in a club and I'm enjoying the vibe. I've been on and off on the mic all night cause it's lit of work to continuously talk to this crowd.
People have been coming up to me all the night to take pictures and I have kindly declined. Last thing I need is pictures of me circling around.
"Excuse me miss." I turned around to be faced with this guy whom I've never seen in my life.
"Yes?" I asked then took a sip from my drink.
"I couldn't help but notice you and I wanted to come and introduce myself. My name is Nick." He said.
"Nice to meet you Nick. I'm Jasmine and you must not be from around here." I chuckled.
