Neil looked at the woman that sat across him and he frowned. How did he even get here? He had gone out with Seth and Seth had left the bar with a certain chick leaving Neil with the chick's friend. Gosh all he had wanted was to drink alone in peace as he thought of what he was going to do about Diana and him, he had acted impulsively and wanted to make things better. He would return home next week and they will talk everything through. He turned to the woman across him, She was so inebriated her eyes looked cross eyed, how was he going to send her home? This was all Seth's fault, he would take her up to their suite and he would put her in Seth's room, great idea, he loved it. "Hey, lemme take you to bed," He told the lady.

"Bed, hmm, sounds good, i'ld love to go to bed with you," her words were calculated. Eww not happening.

"Hey, I don't mean it like that, lets just go," Neil growled and got up then held her on his side, she was too drunk to move. He sighed and carried her walking towards the lift, the earlier he got rid of her the better. He entered the lift and pressed his floor number . He walked with swift steps and got out of the lift when it reached his floor. He walked towards their suite and frowned, someone was standing before their door, was it the laundry lady? The woman though turned and looked his way with a smile that immediately froze on her lips. Neil couldn't believe all those emotions would cross someone's face in a moment, happiness, surprise, shock, hurt and then anger.

Diana's flight arrived late and all she wanted to do was rest. She was so tired and she had thought planes were the easiest rides, well never again. She called Seth's phone and it was off, that traitor, they had agreed properly that he would pick her, She just sighed and walked to where the cabs were  parked. Atleast he had given her the hotel name. She showed the cab driver the name of the hotel on the paper, when he nodded she sat back and relaxed. "Ma'am we are here," the driver broke through her thoughts, she paid him and flew out of the car with her travel bag in hand, thank God She traveled light. She looked at her watch and frowned, she hadn't changed the time zone, but it looked to be around 9pm, probably everyone was asleep, the way she knew Neil, he was an early sleeper. She took the lift to the floor Seth had directed her to, when she reached she walked to their suit and stood outside the door, She did some breathing exercises and lifted her hand to knock but a movement to her right caught her eye, she frowned thinking her eyes were deceiving her, but when she looked closely it sure was as she saw it. Neil, carrying a woman in his arms and coming towards her. Her eyes widened in shock, sure he couldn't move on that first? well looks like he has, her conscious said. She had never felt a hurt like this before, it didn't compare to the one she had felt when Phoebe's father had denied the pregnancy. No, not Neil, how could he hurt her like this, a moment passed, it looked like they had been frozen in place, Diana with a death grip on her bag and Neil with a woman in his arms, a silent spell had fell between but suddenly it was broken as the two sprang into action, Diana giving a pained cry as Neil tried to run after her, but the woman's grip around his neck tightened. Neil cursed as he watched the woman he loved run down the stairs, how had she known where to find him? When had she come here?  Only one word answered those questions, Seth.

"That little shit," He growled as he dumped the drunk woman on Seth's bed. He had to go look for Diana, she didn't know this place and it was late. He walked out of the suite going towards the lift, where would she have gone? he wondered as he looked around when he reached the ground floor. Oh Di, where are you my love? his heart was pounding so hard against his chest.

"Are you okay, lady?" a male voice asked Diana, she didn't bother to look up but just nodded. Her heart was still paining so much, was it possible that something invinsible can be this painful? When she had taken the stairs, she had expected Neil to let go of the woman and run after her, you ain't in a fairytale princess, her conscious taunted her and she gave another whine. She was currently seated on the stairs because she couldn't make it to the ground floor without collapsing, "Lady, are you sure you are okay? I can get help," the male voice said again. What was he even doing taking the steps? she thought irritated and finally looked up. If she wasn't blinded by her sorrow, she would never have gone by without commenting on the man's looks. Light blue eyes stared back at her, Oh those eyes, she would drown there willingly, what did this man want anyway, with his looks he could probably get any woman he wanted, she noticed he was seated a few steps below her.

"Umm, the lift is functioning you know, but if you wanted to take the stairs and I'm blocking your path, I'm sorry I'll go," she made to stand but he stretched out his hand to her.

"No please, sit, I actually usually come here to relax, no one ever uses the stairs here so I use it for my me moment when I come here,"

"Oh,"

"Yeah, oh. I actually saw you come and I was surprised, is everything okay?" He seemed to care, well that's how they all seem at first. Diana nodded her head quickly and mumbled that she had to go, "Wait, are you hiding from someone?" Diana posed, she didn't know this place, surely this guy wasn't a serial killer, and she could confide in him for a moment?
