Alex's friend Andrew was able to get her home thank goodness. Dan and I walked in the door to a messy Lounge. "Alex?" I called. Her head popped out from underneath a blanket. "Yeah?" she whispered. Walking over to her I asked, "What happened in here?" gesturing to the pillows and blankets scattered about and bags of crisps sitting out. "I wanted to cuddle when you guys got home..." she said looking down. Dan grabbed a bag of crisps and picked her up sitting her down on his lap, however, she sucked in a breath when Dan picked her up. "Alex, you okay?" I questioned. She responded, "I fell when I went to get the crisps." "Well you need to learn to be more careful. You and your father. You are both clumsy." Dan said causing me to lightly smack him and him to chuckle.
