Little Alex still hasn't come to and it's been about a week now. Dan has gone and done this thing that when he gets upset he distances himself from pretty much everyone and puts his entire effort into work (being the radio show). I don't know if he has even made a new channel video or not. He hasn't even been back to the hospital since the first day. I on the other hand make an attempt to visit little Alex at least once a day just in case she wakes up, ya know? I just don't want her getting scared. I had just sat down in Alex's hospital room when I heard a small groan. I looked up from my phone to see Alex looking at the ceiling. "Hey kiddo, how are you feeling?" I asked. She lazily turned her head towards me and whimpered "Daddy?" "Yeah baby, I'm right here. I'm right here." I said grabbing her hand. That's when she started to cry. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I just... I just..." she cried. I shushed her and got her to calm down as the doctor came in to check her vitals. I asked, "What made you do it?" "Bullying at school." she whimpered. I asked, "Why didn't you let me or Dad know?" "Because I didn't want you to think it was your fault because the bullying was about me having two dads." she whispered. I sighed. Of coarse this would happen. "When did it start?" I asked. She looked at me with testy eyes saying, "When it was raining and you had to drop me off in front of the school. Some boys saw and started it. The teachers didn't even care. Andrew stood up for me for a little bit, but then he switched schools for some reason." I wiped the tears from under her eyes and just held her as the doctor talked to me. Alex is allowed to go home today at least. "Thank you." I said when Alex was ready to go and we hopped in the car. "Where's Dad?" she tiredly asked. I responded, "Blaming himself and being distant." "Is he not being nice to you?" she asked. I sighed saying, "He's just ignoring me and not letting me help him talk it out." She tiredly nodded and hummed to the music on the radio.
