How About A Date? [Part 11]

Your POV

After the whole clown scare, Jess screamed out loud. "Oh my god you two are gonna be so cute together," Jess squeals. You feel a slight blush creep onto your cheeks and turn away to Max for just a second. He looks somewhat surprised but he masks it with a warm smile and grabs your hand.

You take in everything around you. We just caught a clown, the police didn't question me abut the two guys, we're at Alesa's house, and I have Max. Well, not literally he hasn't told me he wants to be a thing yet so. "Max can I talk to you for a quick second," You ask Max beside you.

He gives everyone a quick look then looks back at you. "Sure (Y/N) we can talk in the backyard," Max says to you calmly. You let go of his hand and walk outside with him. You can hear hushed whispers behind you and think they're probably gonna watch us. You smile to yourself and head outside.

When you both are outside Max turns around and faces you. "So what did you want to talk about," Max asks you. You roll your eyes internally Boys are so clueless. "Max I wanted to talk to you abut what happened after the clown scare," You say to him. His eyes flash with confusion but stop and he gives you an unemotional stare.

"(Y/N) do you really like me? When I first met you, you treated me fine then you started to hate me. I think I like you but I don't know where you stand in this relationship," Max says running his hand on the back of his neck. You look slightly to your left through the glass door and see Jess head looking out the side of the door.

You look back at Max and make up your mind. You walk up to him and give him a hug. You whisper to him your mouth right next to his ear. "Max I like you and I want us to be together," You break off the hug "Max will you go on a date with me this Wednesday?" You ask him.

He looks confused and reluctantly replies back "Sure (Y/N) I'll go on a date with you." You smile and grab his hand leading him back inside. You hear running and see Jess in the living room with everyone else panting just a little bit. You look at Jess and a tiny bit of fear registers on her face. You smile at her warmly and she calms down. "Guys I should probably get home so if you need me just call," You tell them.

You start to head out of the door and then you feel a hand grab your wrist. You turn and see Ross on your left giving you a questionable look. "(Y/N) aren't you forgetting something," Ross says to you. You look around the house one last time and see nothing. "No I can't think of anything," You say

You hear Adam laugh and you tilt your head in confusion. "What. What's so funny?" You ask Adam. He busts out laughing even more and your confusion grows. Through his laughs, Adam explains "(Y/N) what about Max and Ross you brought them in your car."

You look at Max and Ross and think. Ross crosses his arms waiting for an answer while Max stands there a slight bit of blush crawling on his face. You smile and kindly answer "Oh I'm so sorry I can't believe I forgot." You walk in Max's direction but pass him and grab your keys from the counter.

You walk back to the door and turn back to everyone. With a sly smile, you tilt your head and laugh. "I almost forgot about my keys as well. Max, Ross I do hope you find a way to get home." You open the door and walk out to your car and smile. Guys.

You get in your car and drive off. In your rearview mirror, you see Max and Ross run out and stand then mouths agape. You slow down just a bit and roll down your window. You put your hand out of the window and give them the middle finger and drive off.

When you finally get to your apartment a massive wave of exhaustion hits you and you wobble to your bed only getting your shirt off before collapsing and falling asleep.

In your dreams you don't see death or violence only a calming meadow the wind rustling the grass. Your hair flows behind you and a strand picks up and flies in front of your face. There is nothing around you except grass, the meadow, and flowers. You smile in your dream and stand up letting the wind take your spirit away.

Then you wake up to a loud knocking. You wake up and a flash of anger hits you. That was the best sleep I've had in months. You walk to the door and open it to see Max standing there with Ross immediately behind him. He turns quickly to you anger forming in his eyes but it immediately disappears as he sees you. His face turns red with blush and Ross stand behind him holding back a laugh.

"What are you guys looking at...," You look down at yourself and see your only wearing your jeans from yesterday and no top just your bra. You face burns in embarrassment and you look back at Max who is trying to look away but his eyes drift back slowly, while Ross is laughing and starting to cry.

You growl and they both look at you. You look down and start to shake just a tiny bit. "You guys are ASSHOLES," You shout and kick Max in the chest and he gets thrown back and hits Ross both of them falling to the floor. You shut the door and fall down to the floor clutching your chest.

You're your eyes are wide and you run to your room and go to your closet to find a shirt and some new jeans. As soon as you finish changing you head to your small jewelry chest and open it. Inside you find a multitude of jewelry. You pick up a necklace with a songbird on it encrusted with jewels.

You hold it close to your chest and a small tear falls down your face. I wish you were still here Mom. You fasten the clasp around your neck and grab some more jewelry.

You walk casually to the door and stop by the mirror looking s yourself. Well, at least I look fabulous. You take a deep breath and open the door to see the boys.

Sorry I've been late with the chapters I'll try ot get out more soon but I get really lazy so try to expect one hopefully at the end of the week at the latest and if that doesn't happen I'm really sorry.
