jim: you and jim are
way too busy to dress up on halloween, He usually works all night long that night, so you guys dont really do much. youd stay home and give out candy. and when he comes home at 4 am youd be the one in a costume,( *cough* totally not a sexy cop costume *cough*)
(he'd have his handcuffs ready) ;)
oswald:
you both dress up in 1920s
flapper-esce fashion. (and party hard)
Oswald would hire some people to decorate the club to look like an authentic 1920s bar and you'd be singing old songs it would be so AESTHETIC...
youd drink wine and dance together throughout the night. maybe Gertrude would show up. everyone would be forced to dress up like the theme. it be great

you both wore creepy fucking masks and undistinguishable black clothing. originally Ed never got so excited about halloween, having some unpleasant childhood memories.
until you came into his life things got a little brighter, you both ran all over gotham fucking things up unnoticed, framing people for shit, making difficult seemingly unsolvable crimes , fitting in with all the other people dressed up, tricks, oh the riddles you left everywhere, it was a blast for you two. you never had more fun
victor: Both of you would spend hours in shops looking through costumes and masks and face paints, unsure of what you guys wanted to be this year. you had some sick plans for halloween night but you didn't have costumes so you both were a little frustrated: until you found the perfect one.
a dead bride and groom, you wore a beautiful real wedding dress and veil you bought (bullshit) from a pawn shop and he wore a black suit, you both went out into the streets at night, tricking people, killin bitches, popping candy, by the end of the night your white dress was almost completely red, noone really cared cuz u know, its halloween. you both had the best night ever.

it was iconic, You both were already pretty eccentric and loud and easy to notice, but when you both wore bright coloured clothes and grease paint you were even more frightening.
costumes complete with fake guns, horns, balloon animals. and gag teeth.
you have a long night full of scaring (traumatizing) little kids, hurting some people for candy, "trick or treating" by that just tricking people, killing alot of people ALOT, your laughs causing people to turn away running from you guys in the streets,
