Dani's PoV

I woke up this morning tired and alert. I quickly got dressed and checked Elena's room, see if she had come and slept in it. The room looked untouched, so I panicked and called Stefan.

"Hey, Stefan Elena's not here I'm dressed. Just gotta grab my bag and I can meet you at the front door okay."

"Yeah sure, I will be there in 5 mins."

"Alright, bye."

I rushed into my bedroom. Packed my bag and walked downstairs to the first door. The doorbell went and Stefan stood there. He looked guilty and sad.

"Stefan. Look it's not your fault. You should have known that she was gonna find out sooner or later," I say, "also I don't blame you, for her disappearance."

He gave me a small smile in response and gestured for us to leave.

We weren't sure where to go. So we went to see Bonnie at school.

"Bonnie," I shout when I see her.

"Dani, Stefan," she said.

"We need to ask for a favour," I say.

"We were hoping you could help us with something. A spell," Stefan informs her.

"Stefan, look, I know Elena's ok with all of this, and I appreciate what you did to help me. But I'm not really ready to dive into it with you just yet," Bonnie says, giving me an apologetic smile.

"I understand that but we need your help," Stefan says, "It's Elena. She's with Damon."

"What?!" I exclaim, "and you didn't tell me."

He just gives me a look which says and this is exactly why I didn't tell you.
Bonnie just looks at us.

"I have Elena's necklace. I was just hoping you can use this to make some sort of a connection. I just need to know that she is okay," he tells Bonnie.

"How do you know I can do this?" Bonnie says.

"Because I have known a few witches of the years and I've seen what they can do," he Informs us.

"I'm still new at it," Bonnie says.

"It's okay. Give it a shot," I say, handing her the necklace.

"ok," Bonnie replies, taking the necklace in her hands and holding it tightly. she closes her eyes while me and Stefan watch her.

she opens her eyes and sighs, "There's nothing."

"What?!" i exclaim, as Stefan tugs on my arm.

"nothings happening. usually there is an image or....." she trails off before looking at both of us, "tell me if anyone is looking."

we nod and she picks up a leaf and attempts to make it float like she did with the feathers in Elena's room. unfortunately nothing happens.
