Miss Mystic Falls

Dani's PoV

Damon called me this morning and informed me of everything that has happened. About how Stefan got kidnapped and how he had to drink human blood. I was concerned and so I decided to come home and help with the new Stefan situation.

I drive into the schools car lot and spot my sister walking away from Stefan.

I get out, grab my bag and lock my car, before rushing over to her.

"Elena," I shout.

"Dani," she greet.

We hug tightly.

"I'm so glad your back. A lot has happened," Elena tells me.

I nod, "yeah, Damon caught me up with everything this morning."

She nods, "so was it nice to get away?"

"Yeah, I have finally cleared my head and am ready for any more vamp shit that comes our way," I state.

She nods and we both walk into school together.

"Well it's Miss Mystic Falls in two days," I tell Elena.

"I know and I completely forgot about it," Elena admits.

"Same but we both know that we need to compete for mums sake right?" I question.

"Yes, I suppose so," Elena says.

"Well we're gonna have to shopping for dresses soon and find dates," I state.

She sighs, "I'm gonna ask Stefan. What about you?"

"I might ask Jer, since he is a gentleman and probably won't mind," I say.

She nods.

I walk off to Jer's room and knock on the door.

He answers it.

"Yes, Dani," he says.

"Sorry to bother you but, I need a partner for this Miss Mystic Falls thing. And well your the only person I can think of, who wouldn't mind helping me out," I inform him.

He nods, "yeah, of course I'll dance with you. But I'm taking Anna as my date."

"She won't mind if you dance with me then," I say.

"Nah, she'll be cool about it," he states.

I nod, "alright, see ya tomorrow."
