Dipper and Mabel just escaped Bill's cage for them, using the flashlight that made things grow and shrink. Dipper turned around to Stan and Ford, who were released from Bill's binds. "Save yourselves! Run! We'll take care of Bill!" He shouted.

Ford's blue eyes widened as he gasped, "What?! That's a suicide mission!"

Dipper smiled reassuringly and bravely. "Trust us. We've beat him before..."

"And we'll beat him again!" Mabel finished with a small punch to the air. She flashed a wide smile. She fist bumped Dipper as they turned to Bill, who was still rubbing his eye in pain. "Hey, Bill!" Mabel exclaimed. "Come and get us, you pointy jerk!"

Bill growled as Dipper and Mabel ran off.

Stan and Ford started to run after them. "No, it's too dangerous!!" Ford eyed Bill warily.

Bill turned to Stan and Ford, his eye now glowing red. He snapped his fingers. A blue cage trapped the old twins. "You two wait here!" Bill's entire body glowed crimson as he grew in size and grew six arms, his image too horrifying to describe. "I've got some children I need to make into corpses!" His voice grew deep as he leaned close into Stan and Ford. "See you real soon."

Everything seemed to turn black and red, the Fearamid becoming darker and darker by the minute.

What a nightmare.

Stan's eyes grew huge. "No!! Wait!! No! No!! Oh, no, what do we do, what do we do?!"

Ford banged on the bars to get the kids' attention. "Kids!!"

Dipper flinched as those huge fingers tried to swallow him in his grip. He jumped out of the way, instinctively bringing Mabel to his side.

The adrenaline was suffocating, sweat glittered his hot face as he ran and ran and ran for his life. The demon behind him seemed to be getting closer every single step.

"When I get my hands on you kids, I'm going to disassemble your molecules!"

Dipper wanted to cry, to scream, to yell back at him,"You'll never catch us, Cipher!" but he knew that if he would slow his steps only a little, he would surely die in Bill Cipher's hands.

That's just the thing: Dipper's steps were becoming slower. Mabel pulled her arm around his waist as she pulled the trigger of her grappling hook, hauling them upwards.

Just as he was going to catch them, Bill missed. His growl seemed to shake the earth. "You've tricked me for the last time!"

Dipper released a breath as Mabel set them onto land. But Cipher was coming for them. They made a run for it, but they had reached a dead end. His pants became quick and shallow, they were going to—

Mabel smiled determinedly and pulled the height-altering flashlight from her sweater pocket. "As Grunkle Stan always says: when one door closes," she made her hand 50 times bigger,"choose a nearby wall and bash it in with brute force!" She grunted as she punched the wall, making a decent sized hole to escape out from. She shrunk her hand back to its original size.

Dipper gazed proudly at her sister. "Ha! Now let's round of the townsfolk and together we can defeat—oh no!" His blood turned cold as he watched a few of his friends, townsfolk, and the forest creatures getting terrorized by monsters.

"Oh no..." Dipper muttered.

Suddenly, a bright yellow-hued light boomed behind the twins. The floor disappeared from beneath Dipper's feet as he was lifted into the air.

"Peak-a-boo!"

Bill brought the twins back into the room where Ford and Stan were held. "Alright, Ford, time's up! I've got the kids!" Bill waved the hand that he held the twins in mockingly. "Ha, I think I'm going to kill one of them now, just for the heck of it!!" His eye flashed to a pine tree symbol: Dipper. "Eeny..." His eye now flashed to a shooting star: Mabel. "Meeny..." Pine Tree. "Miney..." His eye flashed to Mabel's symbol. Dipper sucked in a breath. "Yooou!!"

Dipper squeezed his eyes shut. "Wait!" he shouted. Bill put his hand at his side as he looked at Dipper questionably, a dangerous glint in his eye. Dipper gulped and took a deep breath. "I...I wanna make a deal with you," he muttered.

Bill's eye looked him over mockingly, then put his free hand to the side of his eye. "What was that, Pine Tree?"

Dipper squeezed his sister's hand beside him, her back rigid. He didn't want to look at her. "I want to make a deal with you." He said louder and more clearly.

"Ha. And what is it you propose?"

Ford and Stan were staring up at them, not believing what they're experiencing.

The boy looked at Bill in the eye. "You let Mabel go." He declared. He paused to look at Mabel, but she was looking at him with tears brimming in her eyes. She was shaking her head and mouthing no. Dipper looked back at Bill again. "And I'll...I'll..." He took in a deep breath. "You kill me instead."

Bill looked away in a thoughtful manner. "Kill you? Why would I want to do that? Hmm...how about I don't kill you, and you stay prisoner here instead." His eye lit up. "Deal?"

Dipper looked away and nodded, not bringing himself to watch what he was about to do. "Deal." He looked at his hand and lifted it up. He covered his eyes with his hat.

"No, don't shake his hand, Dipper! Don't make the same mistake I did!" Ford began to pound on the bars of his cell repeatedly.

The Dipper shut the rest of the world out and took Bill's hand. Blue, harmless fire licked around their arms as the deal was made. Forever and ever.

Suddenly, Mabel, Stan and Ford were teleported out of the Fearamid. Dipper gasped. Bill put Dipper back onto the ground as Dipper cried out,"Where did you put my family?!"

Bill laughed. "That there is none of your business, kid, but for now..." Dipper's sight turned black as he was teleported...somewhere.

"Goodnight, Pine Tree."
