This one isn't as bad but it's when people in China used to bind their feet and make them smaller and sort of triangular. They fitted into tiny triangular shoes. They used to wrap them in bandage things when they were about 5 and leave them on their feet until they got stuck like that. I still think it deserves to be on this list though. It is still gross and just cruel. It's a good thing China does NOT do this anymore. B.t.w. Nothing against China or it's people! Love all you wonderful people!!
