He looked up to her with shocked look. She sat beside him. "Jack... she's gone... you must accept that."

He gritted his teeth and glared right through her yellow eyes. "GONE!? FUCK! SHE WOULDN'T BE GONE IF IT ISN'T BECAUSE OF YOUR SELFISHNESS!!"

"JACK, I'M NOT SELFISH, OKAY!? I JUST WANT TO MAKE DAD PROUD!!!"

"SHUT THE HECK UP, PENELOPE! YOU ALREADY DID! FOR ISOLATING HER FROM US, ESPECIALLY ME!! FOR TELLING THAT WE'RE UNSTABLE!! FOR BEING A WET BLANKET WHENEVER WE'RE WITH EACH OTHER!!"

Jack's eyes brimmed more tears. "You... hate me?" She asked him, holding his chest.

"guess you're happy right now? You killed Inferno! You took her immortality and her powers! You finally made your revenge on me! And you finally made your dad proud!" He stood before carrying you in his arms.

"But let me tell you this... I'll do my best for Inferno to wake up! And once she woke up again, I won't let you or your dad kill her again!" And with that, he flew away to the sky, carrying you in his arms.

Leaving Penelope alone. She cried as tears fall down her eyes. She sobbed her heart out.
