Issac glorified his box and kept it well hidden from his father.

In it he stashed extra rations that he stole and pocket money he kept.

Day after day, his father would watch his son protect the box with his life. He'd watch him tense up if he caught him near it. And he would go through tremendous effort to not be seen while he hid it.

One day the boy was careless and left it by his stand one day.

His father caught this and dove up to seize the box in seconds. He pried the tricky lid open and marveled at the amount of items inside.

In his awe, the father reached in and grabbed several gold coins from the box. Greedily he snatched them out of the box and into his pockets.

Taking enough to cover, the father redid the box of its place and went about his day.

While the father slept, however, an evil spirit of greed crossed his dreams. It whispered into his head, 'More o' more for the man who deserves it, to have a son is worthless'.

The next morning, came with screamed as the family found their Issac decapitated in his bed.

The father, knowing nothing of his deed took his opportunity to slip away and take up the box. It was of a shock to find his son's head neatly set to the left side.

The Furies, taking their job, tormented the father to the brink of his sanity. His family feared him now and swore to Issac's murderer revenge.

The mother took to herself and took to the oracle of Delphi. Once there, she was immediately told, 'For the revenge you seek, bury Issac's box in a heap. Your husband will fall dead and your son to bed. Be warned, the path you desperately follow will not only out live you, but this entire order. In a cave where his box is buried, will lay the source of a continuous curse."

Determined, the mother continued on her vengeance path that will damn all those of the time tha follows hers.
