Ch. 6

"adam what are you doing here?!" christina screamed quietly

"hey babe" he tried to kiss her but she pushed him off

"what are you- adam! im not your girlfriend! leave you're drunk" she tried to get him out of the house but he refused to leave

"but chris i- i- " he fell to the floor before finishing his sentence

"jesus christ adam.. are you okay?" she bent down to his level holding his head up

"adam wake up! " she shook him and he woke up a few minutes later

she helled him up as he struggled to stay on his feet

"im sorry chris, i love you" he kissed her deeply and she didn't hesitate to kiss him back

"ad- st- stop" she said through kisses

she pulled away from the kiss and he put her down slowly

"i- i'm sorry christina, i couldn't hold it in any longer" he touched her cheek

"i- it's okay, you're drunk ada-"

before she could finish her sentence he pulled her close and kissed her softly on the lips, it got deeper and deeper and soon turned into a makeout session

"adam we can't do thi-" she tried to finish but couldn't keep herself off of him

she tried to pull away but he kept going

then matt was walking downstairs to find christina "babe who was at the door- CHRISTINA!" he screamed

adam finally let her go and she tried to explain "matt n- no he kissed me- please baby listen- "

"no! YOU!" he pointed to adam "GET THE FUCK OUT OF THIS HOUSE AND NEVER COME BACK!" he was about to punch adam but christina pulled his arm back and he punched her in the stomach.

adam left the house because he was still drunk and didn't know why he was at christina's house in the first place, so he ran outside and slammed the door on the way out

christina fell to the ground holding onto the couch holding her stomach in pain

max was still asleep in their room so he couldn't hear anything

"get up!" he pulled her up to his face by her shirt

"matt- i tried to push him away but he wouldn't- " she cried knowing what was about to happen to her

"STOP! you kissed him back! i saw you!" he punched her in the stomach again

"plea- please stop, i was trying to push him awa- " she said through tears

"chris you looked like you really wanted him to kiss you again when he let go!" he screamed in her face

"i didn't, matt please i couldnt push him away, he didn't let go- "

she tried to explain but he just punched her again

" chris you know i love you, why would you do this?!" he pulled her closer to his face

"i- im sorry, i tried to push him away matt" a few tears fell from her face

he pushed her up against the wall "try harder next time" he whispered in her ear and let her fall to the ground

she was broken inside, she didn't understand why he was like this, why was he doing this? but mostly she didn't understand why she still loved him...

he was still standing in front of her while she wrapped her arms around herself and had her head in her knees and cried

"you made me do this chris-"

"NO I DIDN'T! you did it! go ahead and hit me already! i knew you weren't gonna stop! I KNEW YOU DIDN'T LOVE ME AT ALL THIS WHOLE TIME! well im screaming at you! aren't you gonna punch me or something?! I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I LOVE YOU SO MUCH EVEN WHEN YOU ABUSE ME! just go and do it already" she was waiting for him to punch her but instead he just sat down next to her and wiped away her tears

she flinched at the action

"what are you doing? aren't you gonna hit me?" she said looking at him

"no chris, im sorry" he tried to hug her but she pushed away

"so am i" she said with her head down

"why are you sorry?" he asked as a few tears fell down his cheek

"im just sorry for anything i did to make you hate me like this" she said through tears

"i- i dont hate you chris... i really do love you- " he tried to say but she stopped him

"n- no you don't! you wouldn't be doing this if you loved me matt" she said as a few more tears fell

"i- im sorry... but don't ever say that i don't love you, because i love you more than anything.... i just lose control sometimes" he said trying to touch her cheek but she turned her face

"m- mommy?" max said from the stairs

"max? baby what's wrong?" she asked

he ran down the stairs and hugged her tight "a- are you okay mommy? why are you crying?" he said while sitting on her lap

"mommy's fine baby, i promise" she kissed him on the cheek and hugged him

"di- did someone hurt you mommy?" he asked while looking at matt

"n- no, i'm fine sweety" she said as she faked a smile

"mommy's fine buddy" matt said while rubbing christina's arm which made her flinch and max noticed how scared she was

"o- okay... mommy, i'm going to sleep now, i love you" he said sweetly still hugging her

"i love you too baby" she said as a few tears fell from her face

max ran off to his room and fell asleep quickly

"he doesn't need to know about this, please leave him out of it" christina cried a little more

"don't worry, he won't know" he said as he let her arm go

she cried for a few more minutes and finally stopped

"you wanna go to sleep now?" he asked sweetly

she nodded and he helped her up

"come on" he took her hand and led her up the stairs

a few more tears rolled down her cheek as they walked up the stairs, he stopped at the top of the stairs and took her hands "i love you" he kissed her forhead

"i- i love you too" she hugged him and he hugged her back

somehow she always goes back to him, does she love him that much? she does.

"come on " he led her to their room and closed the door

"i- im going to take a shower" she said walking to the bathroom

"okay, don't be too long, i miss you already" it made her smile, the man that abused her made her smile...

she took off her clothes and turned the shower on, she went inside but didnt wet her hair so tied it in a bun

someone opened the shower curtains and it was matt, he was standing there naked "can i join?" he asked

she nodded as he got in and took a shower with her, they kissed each other multiple times and he soaped her down making sure he didnt get her hair wet

they rinsed each other off and matt got out first then christina, they changed into their clothes and went to bed wrapped in each others arms

"i love you" he said as he kissed her lips softly

"i love you too" she said kissing him back
