What happened to us? (mattina)

Ch. 31

today was The Voice results for the semi-finals, christina was already at the studio with the rest of the coaches and matt, they were all sitting on the couch and talking about life, the contestants, etc...

christina was dressed in a short, black dress with white, sharp looking stripes coming from the sides, she had her hair up in a messy up-do, making her look breathtaking, she leaned her head on matt's shoulder as she sighed softly

"what's wrong?" matt looked at her and nudged her forehead gently with his,making her smile "nothing" she said simply as he gave her a kiss

he flashed a warm smile at her and wrapped an arm around her, making her feel safe and secure in his arms

"i love you" she said sweetly and wrapped her arms around his torso, "i love you too" he kissed her cheek once

"can we go somewhere private?" she asked sweetly

"yeah" he took her hand and stood up "we'll be right back" matt said to the fellow coaches, blake made a funny remark to matt's statement, which made christina shake her heading in laughter

"make sure to use protection guys" blake said as everyone laughed

matt chuckled a bit and took christina's hand as he guided her to the trailer that was given to her during the blind auditions a few months ago, he opened the door as they both entered and locked it after they were both inside

christina wrapped her arms around his torso tightly as a small smile formed in the corners of her red lips, he held her tightly to him as he wrapped his arms around her, they both fell deeper in love with each other in this small, meaningful moment

"i love you" she said sweetly

"i love you too" he smiled as he kissed her forehead

they stayed in each others arms for a few minutes and both decided to sit down on the couch, christina was on matt's lap and he started kissing her neck, making her moan quietly

a couple more minutes passed and they both had to get out of the trailer because the show was about to start, they got up and kissed each other for a few seconds and then left the trailer while holding hands

christina got to her chair as carson was announcing all of their names, matt gave her a small kiss before leaving and the audience started screaming and saying 'aww' as smiled formed on all their faces

christina giggled a little and slapped matt's butt with her fan gently as he left, making everyone laugh, including the other coaches, matt shook his head and gave her a small smirk and then went to sit with the producers and camera crew

then the show was starting, all the contestants we're performing their last songs together, they all sang in harmony as they finished every single note, making the audience and coaches stand to their feet and cheer for them

an hour passed of performing and it was time to announce who was leaving the competition, (it was a member of team adam that left)

all the coaches went backstage and sat on the big, red couch and talked for a few hours and drank and all the usual stuff they do, but what they didn't know was what adam was about to do...
