After a full week of school the guy go home trying to get some relaxation. Everyone went to sleep right way except for Yuri. He likes to just lay down and zone out. Not sleeping yet dreaming. It wasn't quite a daydream more like letting his inner thoughts take over.
All he was thinking of was Serena's blushing smiling face. The more he thought about her the more he smiled.
Yuri then snapped out of it. He got up and walked out of his room. Yuri notice his phone vibrated as he walked out. Looked at his phone and saw one missed call and 2 text messages all from Serena. His heart stopped beating. He read that she called two hours ago. Then he read the messages. The first said "Hey Yuri" sent 45 minutes ago. The next said "You are probably doing something important text back when you can" sent 1 minute ago.
He grabbed his deck, duel disk, wallet, and house keys a ran out of the orphanage. Yuri called Serena as he walked to the pier. "Hello" "Hey its Yuri sorry for no responding." Yuri said in a sad tone. "It's fine you probability had something important to do." "Not really. I zoned out for 3 hours." "Well at least you called me right. Now we can talk." Serena responded. "Can we meet at the Paradise pier? I would like to talk in person." "Of course. I was hoping to see you today any way." She made Yuri so happy.
Later at the Paradise pier Yuri entered the boardwalk. It had games rides and a view point to just stare at the ocean. As he entered he noticed Serena standing there waiting for him. She had a nice red shirt and a black skirt. Serena let her hair down and Yuri just wore a purple long sleeve shirt that he rolled up and dark blue jeans.
"Hey Serena" "You finally made it." "Sorry for keeping you waiting." "It fine as along your here with me." Serena replied to Yuri. They both started to walk to the games. Their competitive instincts took over and soon they had to carry the big prizes they won. "We should probably stop playing the games. We can't carry anymore prizes." Yuri explained. "I guess your right. I'll call one of my sisters to get the prizes I won." She called Rin to come over and the prizes. "Why aren't you calling your brothers to get your things?" Serena asked. "I'm donating this to kids in the hospital and under privileged families." Yuri answered. "That's really sweet for a ruthless cold hearted guy." Serena replied which made Yuri smile. "I'm not that cold hearted. I mean if girl as amazing as you likes to hang out with me how bad can I be." This statement made Serena smile and blush uncontrollably.
Soon after Rin came to pick up her things. "Just talk these two." Serena said. "What about the others?" Rin asked with a confused face. Yuri was also confused about What Serena said. "I'm donating the rest." Serena smiled and looked at Yuri. Yuri smiled back and handed her a little stuffed wolf. "It's yours." Yuri said. Serena blushed even more and Rin was shocked her sisters icy heart melting away. "I'm going to do something. I'll be right back." Yuri said Rin smiled and said to Serena "Just tell him." "I'm just a friend to him." Serena sadly said. "He likes you I know he does." Rin then left after that.
Yuri came back with a gift small bag. "Want to go to the Guide tower?" Yuri asked. Serena nodded and they walked to the tower. The tower was used as a symbol of hope when the city was first made thousands of years ago.
They got to the top and looked into the night sky. "I got you this." Yuri said hand Serena a small box from the bag. Serena opened it and gasp as she saw what Yuri gave her. "Is this your" "Yes it's my Fusion Dragon." Yuri said interpreting Serena. "But I can't this is your prize possession. You said that this is your very soul." Serena explained in shock of what Yuri gave her. "I know that's why I'm giving it to you." Serena was still in shock. "Actually me and my brothers are going to do the same." "Why?" Yuri didn't answer Serena's question. She looked at the card and smiled. Serena realize he really likes her. "Thank you." She wrapped her arms around Yuri's right arm and rested her head on his shoulder.

They walked back to Serena's house. "Thank you much." After Serena said that she kissed Yuri's cheek. She walked in her house leaving Yuri speechless. Behind the door Serena fell to her knees and felt the same as Yuri.
