Chapter 11: Nightmare

Yuya wakes up to see Paradise city in ruin. All he knows is that he was with Yuzu in the city. It was weird he doesn't remember getting up in the morning or even meeting up with Yuzu. He picked him self off the ground and started walking. He was horrified by the sight of destroyed homes and buildings but most of all the dead bodies.

Yuya then got to the orphanage or what was left of it. It was burned down and all was left was a burned picture of his brothers and miss Gracie. He stared to shake and was tearing up. "Who done this?"

Yuya looked around to see if anything else survived. What he found crushed him. It was miss Gracie under some rubble from the orphanage. He ran to see if she was okay. "Miss Gracie please be okay. Wake up." Yuya cried as he spoke. She had no pulse and she was cold. He cried more and more for the woman who cared for him like a mother would.

He picked her up and placed her under the tree. He found a whitish cloth and cover her. Yuya stood their in silence and went to look for his brothers, the girls, and Yuzu.

He got to the park only to it was just a field of rubble and dirt. Yuya felt so much pain and anger see what happened. He then heard something walking towards him. He turned and saw Yuzu. He was filled with joy to know she was okay. As he got closer to her Yuya saw her with scratches bruises and a bleeding from her head. She then collapsed. Yuya ran as fast as he could. "Yuzu! Please be okay! Come on stay with me! I can lose anyone else. I CANT LOSS YOU!!!" He cried has he hugged Yuzu in his arms. "Yuya" she said faintly. He looked at her with relief. "I knew you would return back to normal." Yuya looked confused. "What do you mean?" "You don't remember?" "Remember what Yuzu?" "You turned into something evil and soon you were not yourself. Your dragon became real and destroyed everything." Yuya was shocked and in disbelief. "No! It couldn't do that." "It's okay Yuya your back to your normal self. I knew after I you stopped your rampage because you wouldn't hurt me." Yuya and Yuzu started to cry. "But in that explosion I was sent flying and was very weak. I knew you survived and with the strength I had left I searched for you." "You found me Yuzu. Now I can help you." Yuya tried to smile but was to worried about Yuzu. "It to late." "No don't saw that. I can get you help. I can save you just say with me." Yuya heart was being smashed. "Yuya I love you and I hope you will never forget me." Yuzu kissed Yuya and then handed her bracelet to him. Yuzu hand and head fell like a rage doll. "Yuzu don't you leave me. Yuzu. YUZU!!!" Yuya screamed and cried as he saw the love of his life die in him arms. Next thing he knew he saw a vision. An red eye open in the background of a city and with its stare destroyed the city.

"AHH!!" Yuya woke up. "Yuya its fine it was only an nightmare." He turned and saw his brothers wake. Yugo and Yuri were dueling on the table in their room. Yuto walked to him. "Nightmare was intense right?" Yuya nodded. Yugo and Yuri stopped and turned to Yuya. "Same with us." Yuri said looking down shaking. "You saw miss Gracie dead and Yuzu died right." Yugo said squeezing his hand into a fist. "Yeah how did you know?" "We all had the same nightmare. Our mother and the woman we loved died. The part they said we caused it." Yugo said in anger. Yuto said silent. "Did you see the eye?" Yuya asked. "Yes." They all said in unison.

They stayed silent for 10 minutes not moving at all. "Lets try to sleep. I don't know about you guys but I'm wanting to spend the whole day with Ruri tomorrow." Yuto said. They all nodded and agreed to do the same as Yuto. They climbed to bed and tried to sleep. It was 3 am but Yuya decided to text Yuzu.

I love you so much Yuzu

He knew she wouldn't answer but he wanted to do it. As he laid down his phone vibrated.

I love you too. Sweet dreams Yuya💖💖💖

Yuya couldn't believe she woke up to send this to him. He smiled and put down the phone. Yuya soon drifted back to sleep.
