Chapter 22: Starting Line

A week went by and the village has been rebuilt. The brothers helped the village anyway they could and also create a better peace between everyone in the village. To promote the new village they created a tournament called Constellation cup. This was Yugo's dream to duel in a turbo duel tournament so they stayed a while until they tournament was over. Yugo created it so he had to see it through. Word spread fast and brought duelist all around to the village.

Yuto and Rin were walking to the start to see Yugo's duel. "So you think he can win?" Yuto asked. "Of course he will! It's like saying god is weak." Rin said confidently. "I have faith in him it's just that he isn't one to focus." Yuto replied. "Don't worry he will focus I promise." Rin said. "Come let's go your brother is waiting." Rin then started to run to the start. Yuto sighed and ran to keep up with her.

When they got there they noticed Yugo a little down. "Yugo are you ok?" Rin asked. "I'll be fine. The Arc league told me since I made this track it wouldn't be fair for me to duel in the tournament." "That's stupid but the Arc League gets a say in this and they could shut this down." Yuto replied. "I know. They have to approve the track so it could be part of the turbo dueling circuit. But that's part of what's keeping me down." Yugo explained. "So what's the other part?" Rin asked. "I can duel but you guys can. I know Yuri won't do it because he has to focus on the duel systems and Yuto can't because he never turbo dueled." "That leaves Yuya." Yuto said. "That's right but I can't find him and plus I asked him to enter two days agobut he said no." Yugo replied. Rin place her hands on Yugo's chest and looked in his eyes. "I'll take care of it. Just get Yuya's stuff ready ok." Rin then kissed Yugo and walked away. "What do you think she will do?" Yuto asked. "Knowing her getting Yuya's to duel. Let's get his things." Yuto nodded and walked with Yugo to get Yuya's things.

The tournament was about to begin as the four girls and brothers walked to the private balcony to watch Yuya duel. "How did you get Yuya to duel?" Yuto asked. "I didn't. Yuzu did." Rin answered. "That's all I need to know." Yuto knows how Yuzu influences Yuya. Even when he still doesn't agree with her she always gets her way if she really wants it. At the pits Yugo and Yuzu were with Yuya getting him prepared for his duels. "I know you had something to do with Yuzu making me duel in the tournament Yugo." Yuya said putting on his gloves. "Yuya just duel and if you win the tournament..." Yuzu then whispered the last part in Yuya's ear. Yuya then blushed a dark crimson upon hearing his reward. "Give me the helmet!" Yuya said to Yugo. "Wow you really want to win this now don't you?" Yugo said. Yuya didn't answer he just kept focus which made Yugo sweat drop and Yuzu giggle. "Oh I almost forgot. Since you can summon four different ways you should duel with these." Yugo then gave Yuya their four dragons. Yuya was shocked to see them. Before he could question Yugo he left. "Yuzu I don't know about this." Yuya said nervously. He was scared of losing control and could hurt innocent people. Yuzu knew what he was thinking and knew how he had nightmares about it. "It's okay just remember what you love." Yuzu said warmly. "Like you?" Yuya asked. Yuzu giggled and blushed. "Exactly." Yuzu then kissed Yuya and left.

"Okay duelist get ready for the Constellation cup! But first give a round of applause for Yugo who created this tournament and course!" The announcer said. He motioned to Yugo on the balcony. Yugo stood up and waved at the roaring crowd. Rin noticed a few girl giving Yugo winks and kiss from the crowd below and on the other balconies. So she walked towards him and kissed his cheek wrapping her arms around Yugo's. "She get jealous fast." Serena said. "I think you all do." Yuri replied. Serena playfully pouted and turned her head the opposite direction. Yuri brought her closer and kissed her cheek. This made Serena blush. "You know I don't like blushing like this." "But you know I love how cute you look while blushing." Yuri said with a small smile.

"Okay the first match is about to begin. First is Yuya vs Jett!" The announcer said. "Go Yuya! Win this whole thing!" Yuzu cheered. "I do hope he wins." Ruri said. Yuto wrapped his arms around her and said "He will. I know it." On the starting line Yuya and Jett get set for their duel. "Lets see what you got." Jett said. "I hope you can keep up. Good luck." Yuya said with his fist up towards Jett. "Good luck to you too." Jett then bumped fist with Yuya as the get ready for the count down. "Duel field on Neo speed world activate. Auto pilot stand by." The computer said activating the duel disk. "Duelist set! Three, Two, One duel acceleration!" The light turned great and the duelist rocketed out of the start. "Lets duel!"

In the shadows a duelist watched Yuya's duel very closely. "I have seen what your capable of so show me that power so I can crush it right in front of you."
