There is one thing a horror setting must be,atmospheric and give a vibe of:
~Discomfort
~Show them that the audience has a bad feeling about this.
~Make your audience feel creeped out by it.Like in the 'The Shining'
To execute this well you must know how to do 'language devices' this will show description in your writing and give the audience a good image for what a object,feeling and a monster or person(Go to my 'Horror~Story' chapter):
1.5 senses like the see,hear,touch,feel and taste.To give more description of what anything looks like.
2.You can add other senses like the temputure.
3.The taste to other foods like sweet, salty and bitter.
4.The pain or pleasure that has happend to them like an accident.
5.The sensation to itch and what they feel like they are in.
6.We can try and express our emotions through body language like 'a sweat of panic ran down my forehead.'
