Two months passed by quicker than ever. Nathan all but ignored me. He only talked to me when necessary and was hardly ever home. He was always at Natalie's. He used me, and I knew it. I wanted to hate him but I couldn't. I had fallen hard. My numbness had come back with a vengeance and I had no emotions left. I was basically a drone. Thoughts of my mothers dead body constantly drifted in and out of my head making me incapable of anything. Chelsea finally gave up on trying to cheer me up.

It was ten o'clock on a Saturday morning and I was still laying in bed. Both Chelsea and Peggy were gone for the day, and Nathan was still over at Natalie's. I had no reason for getting up. I was getting hungry though.

I sat up and scooted myself to the end of the bed. I quickly grabbed a sweatshirt and headed to the kitchen.

I decided to scramble some eggs. So I grabbed a pan and began cooking.

Minutes later I had a bowl of scrAmbled eggs sitting in my lap while I scarfed them down. They were scalding hot by I didn't care.

Once I finished my eggs I stood up and got a rush of vertigo.

"Woah," I muttered.

I sat back down and set my empty bowl beside me. I leaned backwards so that I was laying down with my legs hanging off of my bed. I laid that way for another ten minutes until the dizzy spell passed. Cautiously I sat back up.

The spell seemed to be over, so I got up and took care of my bowl.
