Happily Ever After

Chapter 27

        I woke up to Nathan gently nudging me.
        "Babe, wake up!" He whispered in my ear.
         I opened an eye to him inches from my face.
         "Mmm I'm not done sleeping," I whined. "Let me go back to sleep!"
          I heard him giggle and get off of the bed. I opened my eyes again to see him walk out of the room.
       "Where are you going?"
        "The bathroom, baby. I'll be right back."
        I closed my eyes again and let out a sigh of contentment. My life has been completely flipped upside down in such a short amount of time, and yet being here with Nathan makes me so happy. I really couldn't ask for more.
       The bed dipped underneath Nathan's weight as he slid back into bed beside me. He threw an arm around me and pulled me into his chest. I nuzzled into him and wrapped myself around him.
      "I love you, Anna." He murmured so low I almost didn't catch it.
       My breath caught in my throat as what he said registered.
      "You love me?"
       "Ofcourse I do. What's not to love?" He said, kissing my forehead.
      I snuggled deeper into his chest as I whispered, " I love you too, Nathan."

Shortest chapter ever, but I figured I'd write something to let you guys know I haven't completely given up on this story. Im at a complete blank and really don't know how to continue this. So message me with some ideas on how you'd like this story to go and give me some motivation! I'd like to hopefully get a full chapter up tomorrow!
